Supervisionar o processo de produção farmacêutica, garantindo a conformidade com as normas legais e técnicas, gerenciar a equipe, promover capacitações e implementar melhorias nos processos para assegurar a qualidade e eficiência da produção.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGarantir que todas as etapas do processo de producao sejam executadas em conformidade com os requisitos legais e tecnicos Capacitar os farmaceuticos Garantir a realizacao dos treinamentos de capacitacao de novos colaboradores e validar a continuidade da efetivacao da contratacao Identificar a necessidade de treinamento e desenvolvimento da equipe Desenvolvimento de estrategias para melhoria de eficiencia nos processos Gerenciamento de recursos humanos Participar da selecao de pessoas elaborar a escala de trabalho organizar o fluxo e time de producao validar o registro de pontos avaliacao de desempenho Apoiar nos alinhamentos com o comercial Supervisionar o funcionamento adequado e uso dos equipamentos de producao Supervisionar e garantir a movimentacao dos estoques de insumos de forma condizente com a demanda Participar de auditorias internas acompanhar auditorias externas e visitas tecnicas Garantir a organizacao e arquivamento dos documentos de producao Analisar a coleta de dados calcular preencher os indicadores e analisar criticamente os resultados Planejamento de producao de insumos intermediarios Investigar desvios e implementacao de medidas corretivas Analise de nao conformidades incidentes e percepcao de clientes Elaborar e revisar procedimentos operacionais e outros documentos relacionados ao sistema de gestao da qualidade Garantir o cumprimento de planos de treinamentos de formacao e ou reciclagem Elaborar relatorios da performance da producao produtividade eficiencia custos de producao Organizar as equipes para cumprir o planejamento e controle de producao Organizar o fluxo de higienizacao das salas e equipamentos de producao Emitir as ordens de manipulacao de produtos acabados para estoque Acompanhar a requisicao de insumos para manipulacao de produtos acabados para estoque Apoio tecnicos em falhas de equipamentos ex. Exactamix Cabine de seguranca biologica area de manipulacao Direcionamento para equipe de manutencao de equipamentos com falhas e ou avarias Garantir que os parametros tecnicos para producao pressao temperatura umidade etc estao adequados Possuir os requisitos tecnicos e competencia para executar as atividades previstas para o farmaceutico I II e III inclusive em atividades com quimioterapicosRequisitos e qualificaçõesPós-graduação em Oncologia, Farmácia Hospitalar, Gestão da Qualidade ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em centrais de manipulação oncológica;Vivência em auditorias sanitárias e inspeções regulatórias;Conhecimento em ferramentas de melhoria contínua e gestão de processos;Experiência com sistemas informatizados de prescrição, rastreabilidade e controle de produção.
