Surgindo vaga compatível com suas qualificações profissionais, realizaremos novo contato para entender seu momento pessoal, profissional e interesse.Caso não seja seu perfil, temos bancos de talentos em nossa página de carreiras: lbca.gupy.io#VEMSERLBCA Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar a rotina diária do time jurídico,  alinhando prioridades e monitorando indicadores de produtividade, volume, qualidade e desempenho.Apoiar a equipe no direcionamento de casos complexos e realizar a revisão técnica de peças estratégicas (contestações, defesas e recursos).Monitorar preventivamente fluxos e pendências para eliminar gargalos, assegurar o cumprimento de prazos e mitigar riscos operacionais e jurídicos.Analisar e cruzar informações de diferentes bases e sistemas, garantindo a consistência dos dados, o cumprimento de diretrizes e a precisão da operação.Atuar em sinergia com a área de Legal Ops na evolução de automações, otimização de fluxos, padronização de procedimentos e melhoria contínua dos processos. Atuar como ponte estratégica entre o time jurídico, a liderança e o cliente final, garantindo comunicação transparente, alinhamento de expectativas e excelência no atendimento.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Direito, com OAB ativa;Possuir disponibilidade para atuar de forma híbrida, quando necessário, sendo alguns dias na LBCA (Itaim Bibi- SP) e outros no Cliente (Av. Brig. Faria Lima - SP).Experiência sólida em contencioso cível, preferencialmente em operações de volume;Experiência com liderança ou acompanhamento de equipes jurídicas;Excelente conhecimento técnico para revisão de defesas, recursos e demais peças processuais;Capacidade de trabalhar com alto volume, múltiplas prioridades e prazos simultâneos.Capacidade de realizar cruzamentos de informações e identificar inconsistências entre diferentes fontes de dadosHabilidades e competências:Perfil analítico e facilidade para trabalhar com dados, bases, controles e indicadores;Boa capacidade de liderança, comunicação, orientação e desenvolvimento de equipe;Perfil proativo, resolutivo, organizado e com forte senso de prioridade e responsabilidade.Informações adicionaisVR;Auxílio Remoto;VT para os dias presencial;Assistência Médica (coparticipativa);Auxílio Creche;Pagamento da OAB;Convênio com SESC.
