Esta es nuestra forma de desarrollar la minería, siempre conectados a los cambios, con personas comprometidas, inspiradas y en constante desarrollo.¡Únete a Nexa y forma parte de la minería que se mueve con el mundo!Responsabilidades y atribucionesSupervisar y coordinar la ejecución de los trabajos de mantenimiento mecánico de planta, asegurando la disponibilidad y confiabilidad de los equipos.Gestionar los programas de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo, incluyendo diagnóstico de fallas y análisis de causa raíz.Realizar el seguimiento de requerimientos de materiales, servicios, historial de equipos e intercambio de componentes.Coordinar la ejecución de paradas de planta y trabajos programados con las áreas involucradas y contratistas. Liderar equipos de trabajo, gestionar conflictos y asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares, procedimientos y normas de seguridad. Monitorear indicadores de mantenimiento (MTBF, MTTR, disponibilidad, confiabilidad y backlog) para la mejora continua de la gestión. Comunicar el estado de los equipos, riesgos y resultados de mantenimiento a la jefatura, tomando decisiones oportunas ante fallas críticas.Requisitos y calificacionesTitulado y colegiado de Ing.
