Gestão ambiental Coordenar as atividades ambientais da unidade e garantir o atendimento aos requisitos legais, licenças e condicionantes ambientais.2. Efluentes líquidos Supervisionar a ETE, acompanhar vazão, pH, DBO, DQO, SST, óleos e graxas, nitrogênio, fósforo e demais parâmetros aplicáveis.3. Água Acompanhar captação, tratamento e distribuição de água na ETA, qualidade da água, consumo e perdas.4. Resíduos sólidos Gerenciar a Central de Resíduos, segregação, armazenamento, identificação, transporte e destinação final.5. Emissões atmosféricas Monitorar caldeiras, fornos, geradores e demais fontes de emissão, acompanhando controles e análises ambientais.6. Subprodutos do frigorífico Acompanhar a gestão de sangue, sebo, ossos, vísceras, resíduos de processo e outros subprodutos, garantindo destinação adequada.7. Monitoramento ambiental Elaborar e acompanhar planos de amostragem, análises laboratoriais e indicadores de desempenho ambiental.8. Legislação ambiental Controlar licenças, autorizações, outorgas, condicionantes e prazos de atendimento aos órgãos ambientais.9. Indicadores Criar e acompanhar indicadores como consumo de água, geração de resíduos, eficiência da ETE, consumo de produtos químicos, emissões e não conformidades.10. Auditorias e fiscalizações Acompanhar auditorias internas, externas e fiscalizações dos órgãos ambientais, preparando documentos e evidências.11. Equipe Liderar operadores e técnicos ambientais, distribuir atividades, acompanhar desempenho e realizar treinamentos.12. Emergências ambientais Coordenar ações em situações como vazamento de produtos químicos, transbordamento da ETE, derramamentos, mortandade de peixes ou falhas no tratamento.13. Melhoria contínua Desenvolver projetos utilizando ferramentas como PDCA, 5W2H, Pareto e Ishikawa para reduzir impactos e custos ambientais.14. Custos ambientais Controlar orçamento, produtos químicos, análises laboratoriais, destinação de resíduos, manutenção e contratos ambientais.Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo em Engenharia Ambiental, Gestão Ambiental, Biologia, Engenharia Química ou áreas correlatas; Experiência prévia na área ambiental, preferencialmente em indústria frigorífica ou alimentícia; Conhecimento da legislação ambiental e requisitos de órgãos ambientais; Experiência com licenciamento ambiental e atendimento às condicionantes das licenças; Conhecimento em gestão de resíduos sólidos, efluentes industriais e emissões atmosféricas; Vivência no acompanhamento e controle de ETE (Estação de Tratamento de Efluentes); Experiência com elaboração de relatórios, indicadores ambientais e planos de ação; Vivência com auditorias ambientais e fiscalizações; Experiência em liderança e gestão de equipes; Disponibilidade mudança de cidade; Disponibilidade mudança de horários; Conhecimento em ferramentas do Pacote Office.Informações adicionaisSeguro de VidaVale AlimentaçãoTransporteParcerias Ebaaa;Wellhub (Gympaas);Plano de saúde e odontológico.
