Responsável por acompanhar e orientar a execução de obras, reformas e adequações de infraestrutura, garantindo que as atividades estejam de acordo com os projetos e especificações técnicas estabelecidas. Atuará no controle de prazos, custos e qualidade das entregas, visando assegurar a disponibilização de estruturas físicas adequadas para unidades, em alinhamento aos padrões técnicos, operacionais e institucionais da empresa.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar e acompanhar a execução de projetos, obras e adequações, garantindo o cumprimento dos cronogramas, especificações técnicas, padrões de qualidade e prazos estabelecidos;Prestar suporte técnico às unidades próprias e terceirizadas em demandas relacionadas à manutenção, conservação e adequação das estruturas físicas, assegurando funcionalidade, segurança e conformidade;Planejar, acompanhar e controlar os custos das obras, analisando o orçamento previsto e realizado, identificando desvios e propondo medidas corretivas quando necessário;Realizar levantamentos quantitativos e estruturar a EAP (Estrutura Analítica do Projeto), contribuindo para a elaboração de orçamentos, processos de contratação e planejamento das demandas de Engenharia, em parceria com Suprimentos;Elaborar relatórios e apresentações gerenciais com informações sobre o andamento físico, financeiro e qualitativo das obras, mantendo gestores e demais envolvidos atualizados;Analisar e negociar aspectos técnicos e operacionais de contratos de prestação de serviços, realizando os alinhamentos necessários e encaminhando a documentação para validação jurídica;Apoiar tecnicamente as áreas responsáveis por internet, telefonia e demais sistemas, garantindo que a infraestrutura necessária esteja disponível para o funcionamento das unidades;Acompanhar e orientar equipes terceirizadas, monitorando produtividade, qualidade dos serviços, custos, cumprimento de metas, prazos e especificações técnicas;Fiscalizar a atuação de prestadores de serviços, verificando documentação, cumprimento das normas de segurança e utilização adequada dos equipamentos de proteção individual (EPIs);Desenvolver memoriais descritivos de obras e equipamentos, contemplando materiais, etapas de execução e especificações técnicas para apoiar orçamentos, contratações e execução dos serviços;Realizar vistorias técnicas para verificar a aplicação da marca e da identidade visual nas unidades, garantindo a padronização dos espaços conforme as diretrizes institucionais;Identificar e levantar, junto às unidades próprias e terceirizadas, necessidades de reformas, ampliações, adequações de infraestrutura ou novas obras, direcionando as demandas conforme os processos internos;Realizar avaliações técnicas de imóveis com potencial para locação, identificando condições estruturais, necessidades de adequação e possíveis intervenções para viabilizar sua utilização;Solicitar serviços, materiais e demais recursos junto à área de Suprimentos, acompanhando os processos de contratação e negociação para garantir soluções adequadas aos requisitos técnicos e orçamentários;Acompanhar projetos de adequação de imóveis destinados a alojamentos, incluindo a solicitação de mobiliário, eletrodomésticos e equipamentos de climatização, bem como a execução das instalações necessárias;Representar a área em contatos com órgãos públicos e entidades fiscalizadoras, realizando protocolos, acompanhamentos, reuniões e visitas técnicas para viabilizar licenças, autorizações e demais documentações relacionadas às obras.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesPós-graduação completa em Engenharia civil, Arquitetura ou áreas afins;Experiência em acompanhamento da execução de obras e projetos;CNH Categoria BDisponibilidade para viagens
