Além do Brasil, a Minerva Foods está presente no Paraguai, na Argentina, no Uruguai, na Colômbia, e possui plantas especializadas em ovinos na Austrália.Com nossas 46 unidades industriais, oferecemos produtos saudáveis e nutritivos, que são comercializados para clientes do mundo todo por meio de nossos 23 centros de distribuição e 17 escritórios internacionais.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar as operações junto aos prestadores de serviço, afim de supervisionar o processo de curtimento estejam dentro das metas estipuladas, realizando o acompanhamento da produção e a orientação dos colaboradores do prestador de serviço, corrigindo os desvios operacionais, além de reportar aos frigoríficos as correções necessárias quanto a esfola dos couros, assegurando o resultado financeiro da operação definido em orçamento.                                                                                 Responsável pelo acompanhamento operacional da quebra de peso verde para tripa dos couros descartados para a gelatina esteja de acordo com as metas estipuladas, realizando o acompanhamento do direcionamento dos couros descartados, assegurando a segregação, além de que o fluxo de carregamento para os clientes seja realizado ao menor tempo para redução da perda de peso do material, visando que o resultado financeiro seja atingido de acordo com orçamento definido.                                                                                    Responsável pelo acompanhamento da carteira de pedidos a serem embarcadas no mês na sua operação de atuação, planejando as revisões de clientes e realizando o acompanhamento das bancas de inspeção para que as metas de volume de produção de couros revisados sejam atingidas, objetivando que o volume de couros embarcados e faturados no mês seja cumprido de acordo com o planejamento do orçamento financeiro estipulado.                                                                                 Responsável por garantir o planejamento de produção seja executado em conformidade com a estratégia, bem como a expedição do produto acabado., realizando os reportes junto as áreas de inteface, afim de tratar as anomalias e atender dentro do prazo estipulado os pedido.                                                                                            Responsável pelo processo da gestão produção oportunizando o acompanhamento quanto a utilização dos produtos químicos, a fim de garantir o cumprimento das especidicações técnicas a serem produzidas e não impactar na qualidade do produto.                                                                                Responsável por acompanhar a equipe operacional junto ao prestador, e identificar falhas ou desvios no processo, através de acompanhar a gestão das máquinas e equipamentos, garantindo o cumprimento do plano de manutenção, e a disponibilidade dos equipamentos e segurança dos colaboradores.  Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimento Técnico na área de curtimento. Visão geral de gestão de produção e rotinas administrativa.Experiência em couros wet blue, semi e acabado.
