É por meio de líderes que fortalecemos o desenvolvimento das pessoas, estimulamos a colaboração e buscamos resultados que geram valor para nossos clientes e para o negócio.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar e orientar o trabalho de todos os colaboradores responsáveis por executar as atividades de embarque, desembarque e transbordo das cargas; Supervisionar e monitorar diariamente todo o processo do transbordo, desde a chegada até a saída dos caminhões; Monitorar os horários de chegada e saída de caminhões;Analisar as solicitações de carros extras, aprovando ou não conforme custo x benefício deste processo para a empresa;Realizar reuniões semanais com os líderes e encarregados, informando os resultados atingidos e definindo ações de melhorias para o processo;Acompanhar os indicadores de produtividade e qualidade da área, verificando os padrões, analisando, elaborando e implantando ações corretivas e preventivas, visando reduzir a quantidade de ocorrências com as cargas;Gerar relatório de ocorrências de extravios de cargas e analisando junto a liderança para identificar os erros e determinar ações corretivas e preventivas para o processo; Autorizar as premiações para os colaboradores da área de acordo com as normas estabelecidas pela empresa;Acompanhar, elaborar e analisar o orçamento da área, verificando os históricos e novos projetos, planejando e justificando as ações que serão necessárias para atendimento das necessidades da área; Acompanhar e responder às auditorias internas e externas relacionadas ao processo da área;Encaminhar relatórios Gerenciais mensalmente para a Gestão da Localidade; Acompanhar o inventário de equipamentos da Localidade, verificando o estado de conservação, analisando as necessidades de compra e realizando as ações necessárias;Liberar pagamentos referentes a despesas da Filial de acordo com a alçada estabelecida;Avaliar o desempenho dos Líderes, fornecendo feedback e auxiliando-os no para seu desenvolvimento;Intermediar com as demais áreas assuntos relacionados aos colaboradores e atividades de sua responsabilidade;Realizar os processos de gestão de pessoas: contratações, promoções, desligamentos, bem como acompanhar a administração do banco de horas, folgas e férias das equipes;Realizar demais trabalhos correlatos às atividades descritas acima a critério da organização.
