Supervisionar as atividades de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho, assegurando a aplicação das políticas da área nas respectivas obras. Atuar na gestão de pessoas, promovendo o desenvolvimento profissional dos liderados e zelando por um ambiente de trabalho saudável. Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos, garantindo o cumprimento das metas e das especificações do contratante.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPromover a interface entre cliente e empresa nas questões de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho, garantindo credibilidade, cumprimento de prazos e metas;Consolidar dados de Saúde e Segurança, tratar desvios identificados e assegurar condições adequadas no ambiente de trabalho;Supervisionar campanhas de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho, incentivando a integração e a aplicação de boas práticas;Promover treinamentos de integração e procedimentos de segurança, atendendo às exigências legais e ao desenvolvimento dos empregados;Preencher e gerenciar a documentação de Saúde e Segurança, em conformidade com a legislação, normas internas e exigências do cliente;Elaborar e gerenciar o cronograma de inspeções, orientando os Técnicos de Segurança e promovendo a correção de desvios e a divulgação de boas práticas;Supervisionar a solicitação, entrega e avaliação da eficácia dos EPIs, garantindo condições seguras de trabalho conforme a legislação vigente;Programar, junto à gerência da obra, a liberação dos empregados para exames ocupacionais e procedimentos de segurança;Elaborar e supervisionar a aplicação do DSS em todas as frentes de trabalho;Realizar inspeções, assegurando a conformidade com o Programa de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho;Participar de reuniões para apresentação de resultados, boas práticas e planos de ação para correção de desvios;Conduzir os processos de instalação e reuniões ordinárias da CIPA;Consolidar e divulgar informações de segurança junto aos clientes, acompanhando ações em andamento e propondo melhorias.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Técnico Profissionalizante em Segurança do TrabalhoConhecimento avançado em normas e metodologias de segurança.Conhecimento em processos de manutenção e/ou obras ferroviárias e rodoviárias.Domínio das ferramentas do Pacote Office.Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão de projetos.Conhecimento básico nas normas de higiene ocupacional.Conhecimento básico em ergonomia.Conhecimento em eSocial.Conhecimento em legislações previdenciárias.Experiência desejável: 3 anos
