🌱 Venha crescer com a HeringerEstamos em busca de pessoas com energia vibrante, que se identifiquem com um DNA de crescimento, aprendizado contínuo e colaboração.Unimos tradição e eficiência para entregar nutrição com previsibilidade, proximidade e qualidade, sempre ao lado de quem faz o campo prosperar e move o agro brasileiro.#TradiçãoQueFazProsperarResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e atribuições: Coordenar as atividades diárias de mecânicos e eletricistas, garantindo a execução adequada dos planos de manutenção preventiva e corretiva. Supervisionar as operações de manutenção para garantir que sejam realizadas de acordo com os padrões de segurança e qualidade. Desenvolver e implementar planos de manutenção preventiva, assegurando o máximo desempenho dos equipamentos e instalações. Desenvolver fornecedores e avaliar a qualidade dos serviços e produtos fornecidos à unidade. Apoiar no controle custos operacionais (OPEX) relacionados à manutenção, buscando otimizar processos e recursos relacionados a unidade de lotação. Criar e monitorar indicadores de performance, analisando dados para melhoria contínua das operações de manutenção. Desenvolver e implementar treinamentos para a equipe sobre normas regulatórias (NR's/NBR's) e técnicas de manutenção. Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de manutenção e implementar projetos que visem aumentar a eficiência operacional. Assegurar que todas as práticas de manutenção cumpram as normas de segurança, saúde ocupacional e proteção ambiental. Trabalhar colaborativamente com equipes regionais e gerentes para padronizar práticas de manutenção e otimizar o uso de recursos em toda a unidade. Participar de reuniões regulares para discutir desempenho da manutenção e definir estratégias para a melhoria contínua.
