Contribuir para o cumprimento das normas e políticas de meio ambiente e segurança do trabalho, bem como para a manutenção do projeto 5s na área industrial;Garantir a correta tomada de decisão no tocante à qualidade da produção e integridade dos equipamentos.De acordo com Organograma da unidade, que considera tamanho e complexidade da área, a Supervisão da Produção pode abranger no seu turno toda a área de Produção, ou ser segmentada e abranger área específica do processo produtivo.Responsabilidades e atribuições • 

Garantir a segurança das operações, fomentando as ações, normas e procedimentos de segurança, de modo a sensibilizar a equipe e disseminar a cultura de atendimento às normas, procedimentos, práticas e objetivos da Segurança do Trabalho.• Responsável pelo direcionamento de toda a equipe de turno, garantindo que todas as rotinas e atendimentos emergenciais sejam executados com qualidade e dentro do prazo estipulado; • Dominar os conceitos operacionais de forno rotativo, moinho de farinha, moinho de coque, sistema de coprocessamento, moinhos de cimento; • Operar os equipamentos industriais, forno rotativo de satélites e / ou grelhas, moinhos bolas e moinhos verticais; • Identificar oportunidades de melhorias para aumento da eficiência dos equipamentos, redução de consumo de energia elétrica, matérias-primas e demais insumos, reduzindo os custos de produção. • Zelar pelos equipamentos de sua responsabilidade, garantindo que ocorram as ações de conservação e melhorias necessárias nas instalações industriais; • Supervisionar as atividades de terceiros, garantindo o cumprimento às cláusulas contratuais bem como padrão de qualidade requerido na execução e cumprimento das normas e procedimentos internos; • Acompanhar as grandes paradas dos equipamentos da Unidade; • Acompanhar e analisar o desempenho dos equipamentos industriais, a fim de tomar ações preventivas ou corretivas, de modo a evitar impactos negativos na produtividade e propor melhorias;• Auxiliar na Programação da realização das manutenções preventivas ou corretivas das máquinas e equipamentos industriais em conjunto com o departamento de manutenção, de modo a otimizar ou evitar paradas; • Supervisionar as atividades de manutenções corretivas das máquinas e equipamentos industriais; • Monitorar e conferir os estoques de insumos, produtos intermediários e produtos acabados, garantindo a existência da quantidade necessária para atingimento das metas planejadas de produção; • Realizar a gestão da equipe, garantindo a capacitação e estimulando o nível de motivação dos colaboradores, contribuindo com as ações de melhoria do clima organizacional; • Elaborar procedimentos, instruções de trabalho e itens de controle. • Contribuir para o cumprimento das normas e políticas de meio ambiente e segurança do trabalho, bem como para a manutenção do projeto 5s na área industrial.Requisitos e qualificaçõesESCOLARIDADEFormação Superior em Engenharia de Produção, Química, Mecânica ou afins;CONHECIMENTOS OU TREINAMENTOS NECESSÁRIOS·        Conhecimento teórico e prático dos processos de fabricação de cimento·        Noção de planejamento e controle de manutenção·        Indicadores de desempenho / controle de produção e manutenção e qualidade·        Pacote office·        Sistema SAP·        Treinamento em Identificação e análise de falhas·        Gestão de pessoas·        Gestão de inventárioDESEJÁVEL 3 ANOS DE EXPERIÊNCIA NO CARGO EM FÁBRICA DE CIMENTOInformações adicionaisValorizamos todas as formas de diversidade e encorajamos você a conhecer melhor essa oportunidade abaixo.
