Impulsamos el aprendizaje continuo y el crecimiento profesional, brindándote las herramientas necesarias para asumir nuevos desafíos y consolidar un perfil especializado en logística multimodal.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPreparar y validar la documentación necesaria para los procesos de embarque, transmisión y liberación de carga, evitando contingencias que afecten al cliente y/o la empresa.Coordinar y realizar el seguimiento a las operaciones de LCL , asegurando el cumplimiento de los requerimientos documentarios y aduaneros.Mantener coordinación constante con clientes, navieras, almacenes, agentes internacionales y áreas internas, asegurando la continuidad operativa de los embarques.Registrar y actualizar información operativa y documentaria en los sistemas corporativos, plataformas de navieras y entidades aduaneras correspondientes.Brindar soporte y atención a clientes respecto al estado de sus embarques, consultas operativas, reclamos y requerimientos relacionados al servicio.Verificar el cumplimiento de los plazos operativos y documentarios establecidos para cada embarque, alertando oportunamente sobre incidencias o desviaciones detectadas.Elaborar reportes operativos, validar información de embarques y mantener actualizados los expedientes físicos y/o digitales de cada operación.Requisitos e qualificaçõesBachiller o titulado universitario de administración de negocios internacionales y/o comercio exterior.Inglés basico/intermedio.Haber laborado en agentes de carga internacional o consolidadores de carga.Conocimiento sólido de documentación de comercio exterior.Excel intermedio.Informações adicionaisLo que ofrecemos:Vale de alimentación a partir del cuarto mes, con incremento gradual anual según política. Acceso a plataforma de descuentos en educación y establecimientos de esparcimiento. Servicio de asesoría psicológica y programas de bienestar. Seguimiento médico ocupacional. Dia libre por cumpleaños.
