And we will be very happy if you come to be part of our story.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesYou must provide support to students who need to evolve in English, Portuguese, and Mathematics through individual or small group lessons outside the classroom setting, as well as support within the classroom when necessary, based on the Head Teacher's lesson plans and the Pedagogical Leadership guidance:Provide support to students who require close monitoring in the development and acquisition of English and Portuguese languages, and Mathematics, working with the Head Teacher and other Teaching Assistants to guide students in activities and maximize their learning.Participate in the implementation of didactic-pedagogical projects by the school.Substitute for Teaching Assistants in the classroom when necessary, providing support to Head Teachers in other activities.Be responsible for decorating walls, doors, tables, and bulletin boards in various areas around the school.Ensure safety, constantly staying with students, in any activity, observing, guiding and interfering when necessary, to avoid possible accidents. Keeping this stance comprehensively to all school students.Receive students at the entrance and exit of the school, following safety protocols and only to authorized individuals.Accompany students during meal times when necessary, ensuring that everyone eats well.Be responsible for managing the class in times of absence or temporary unavailability of the teacher.Record students' activities through videos and photos to track their progress towards individual goals established for each student, sending them to the teacher within the established deadline.Participate in Academic Meetings, educational conferences and development workshops in order to keep and improve professional competence.Attend school events open to families.Follow RED HOUSE general guidelines (Language Policy, Teachers' Handbook, Assessment Policy).Requisitos e qualificaçõesEducation: Attending or graduated in Pedagogy Experience: Experience in classroom context or English courses.Experience with Elementary Education.Languages: Proficiency in EnglishSpecific Technical Knowledge:BilingualismElementary educationDesirable Knowledge:Classroom management.Child development.Knowledge of children with special needs.Soft Skills and Values:Digital ThinkingCaring ProfileInterpersonal RelationshipsConflict ManagementCreativityInformações adicionaisCampus: São PauloWorking Hours: 07h50 às 15h50
