Realizar procedimentos e assistência de enfermagem a pacientes;2. Realizar as anotações de enfermagem em prontuário com validação de assinatura e carimbo, garantindo a segurança, qualidade e a continuidade do tratamento;3. Manter organização do setor e murais de controle de infecção hospitalar;4. Identificar em ficha dos pacientes as informações necessárias para identificação do paciente, nome do profissional que atendeu e dos procedimentos realizados a ele;5. Realizar busca ativa diária em prontuário e discussão de caso com o Enfermeiro responsável;6. Coletar, armazenar, compilar e divulgar dados referentes à infecção hospitalar;7. Identificar e sugerir soluções em casos de ocorrências de surto de infecção nosocomiais;8. Realizar, quando necessário, esclarecimento aos pacientes e/ou acompanhantes familiares quanto às atividades executadas, sob a oriantação do enfermeiro assistencial;9. Comunicar ao enfermeiro as ocorrências dos pacientes;10. Cumprir a escala de serviço elaborado pelo enfermeiro assistencial;11.Ser membro ativo das comissões, times e grupos de trabalho desenvolvidas na instituição, quando solicitados pela gestão;12.Avaliar escalas assistenciais de acordo com a sua competência técnica;13. Assessorar nas atividades de ensino, pesquisa e extensão.14. Auxiliar o enfermeiro na realização de procedimentos e assistência aos pacientes de acordo com a sua competência técnica;15.
