Responsabilidades e atribuições Apoiar a execução e o acompanhamento das ações previstas no PCMSO;Organizar e administrar a agenda do Médico do Trabalho, realizando o agendamento e acompanhamento dos atendimentos ocupacionais;Acompanhar o fluxo dos exames ocupacionais e ASOs admissionais, periódicos, de retorno ao trabalho, mudança de risco ocupacional e demissionais;Realizar o pré-atendimento dos colaboradores, incluindo triagem e verificação de sinais vitais, quando aplicável;Prestar assistência ao Médico do Trabalho durante os atendimentos e exames ocupacionais;Controlar e acompanhar a realização dos exames complementares ocupacionais, conforme indicação do PCMSO;Realizar o controle e acompanhamento de atestados médicos apresentados pelos colaboradores, conforme os procedimentos internos;Apoiar e acompanhar as ações de imunização e controle vacinal dos colaboradores;Manter atualizados os registros, controles, planilhas e sistemas relacionados à Saúde Ocupacional;Organizar e manter a documentação ocupacional dos colaboradores, garantindo o correto registro e a confidencialidade das informações;Acompanhar vencimentos, convocações e pendências relacionadas aos exames ocupacionais;Apoiar ações de promoção da saúde, prevenção de doenças e campanhas de saúde ocupacional;Atuar em conjunto com o Médico do Trabalho, RH e demais áreas envolvidas nas rotinas de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso Técnico em Enfermagem completo;Especialização/qualificação em Enfermagem do Trabalho;Registro profissional ativo e regular no COREN;Conhecimento das rotinas de Saúde Ocupacional e PCMSO;Conhecimento do Pacote Office;Organização, atenção aos detalhes e habilidade para controle de prazos e documentos;Boa comunicação, postura ética e sigilo no tratamento das informações dos colaboradores.DiferenciaisExperiência anterior como Técnico(a) de Enfermagem do Trabalho;Vivência em empresas do segmento hospitalar, clínico ou de diagnóstico;Conhecimento em sistemas de Saúde Ocupacional e gestão de exames ocupacionais.Informações adicionaisCarga horária: 44 horas semanais.
