Suas ações tem por objetivo garantir a integralidade na linha de cuidado, visando a ampliação e qualificação do acesso humanizado das gestantes à assistência hospitalar. Seus processos e fluxos assistências estão ancorados no acolhimento com classificação do risco e em Diretrizes Clínicas baseadas em evidências que viabilizam a resolutividade e a qualidade na atenção prestada.Inaugurada em 2012 a Maternidade oferta atividades assistenciais nas 24 horas do dia, todos os dias da semana, inclusive sábados, domingos e feriados.O Serviço possui papel estratégico na atenção perinatal em articulação com os demais serviços da Rede de Atenção à Saúde, articulada com a rede de atenção primária à saúde da AP 1.0 e regiões circunvizinhas.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar os procedimentos técnicos e assistenciais de sua responsabilidade, no setor do Alojamento Conjunto, preenchendo registros específicos da Assistência de Enfermagem, conforme orientação do Enfermeiro, acolhendo os pacientes de modo que sejam atendidos continuamente em suas necessidades.Realizar a conferência de material de enfermagem, bem como a reposição, esterilização, conferência e procedimentos dos mesmos;Realizar acolhimento e atendimento individual para os processos de enfermagem;Prestar cuidados gerais conforme orientação da equipe de enfermagem;Reportar ao superior imediato e solicitar reposição/reparo de equipamentos danificados;Registrar as atividades nos sistemas nacionais de informação, visando manter a segurança, qualidade e a continuidade do tratamento;Manter organização do setor e murais de controle de atendimento;Realizar, quando necessário, esclarecimento aos pacientes e/ou acompanhantes familiares quanto aos procedimentos aplicados ao paciente;Atuar segundo preceitos éticos e legais estabelecidos por seu Conselho da Classe;Atender a todos os princípios e critérios de conduta contidos no Manual de Conformidade Administrativa - Políticas e Princípios de Integridade da SPDM;Executar as atribuições determinadas pela Instituição a respeito das práticas a serem tomadas em relação à proteção de dados pessoais - LGPD.Realizar as atividades de área/setor, seguindo as determinações do Gestor imediato e padronizações da Instituição.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesPossuir Ensino Médio Completo;Possuir Curso Técnico de Enfermagem Completo.Registro Ativo no Conselho da Classe;Possuir Experiência mínima de 06 (seis) meses comprovada na função de Técnico de Enfermagem, na área do Alojamento ConjuntoPossuir fácil acesso ao Centro do rioPossuir disponibilidade total para atuar em formato de plantão 12x60 (plantão a ser definido)
