Responsabilidades e atribuições Principais responsabilidades:Efetuar manutenção elétrica preventiva e corretiva em máquinas, equipamentos, painéis de comando, quadro de controle, instrumentação, motores, aparelhos elétricos e instalações, a fim de diagnosticar defeitos, através de esquemas, desenhos, catálogos, análise e avaliação técnica, bem como desmontar, recuperar, montar, testar e/ou substituir os componentes elétricos.Realizar manutenção instrumental corretiva e preventiva de acordo com a matriz de capacitação em instrumentos e malhas de controle, bem como efetuar as substituições necessárias, conforme histórico dos mesmos, seguindo plano estabelecido.Executar diagramas lógicos em circuito PLC, inserindo modificações, criação de novas linhas, diagnóstico de falhas, alteração de parâmetros e bloqueios conforme procedimentos.Efetuar as inspeções, diagnosticando defeitos e gerando registros dos desvios de conformidade encontrados, sinalizando e efetuando reparos necessários.Manter e programar PLCs, redes de comunicação e sistemas supervisórios, conforme padrão estabelecido.Realizar manutenção instrumental corretiva e preventiva em instrumentos e malhas de controle, bem como efetuar as substituições necessárias, conforme histórico dos mesmos, seguindo plano estabelecido.Realizar a calibração e aferição de proteções de motores elétricos.Realizar teste em motores utilizando-se de instrumentos como alicate amperímetro-multímetro, megômetro, mala de calibração para ensaios em relés, assim como de outras ferramentas apropriadas para exercer sua função.Efetuar bloqueios elétricos nos equipamentos que serão reparados verificando a desernegização dos mesmos visando a segurança dos trabalhadores.

Requisitos e qualificações Formação mínima:Curso Técnico em Eletrotécnica/Mecatrônica/Eletrônica Industrial/Automação e ControleDesejável:Conhecimentos de motores de baixa, média e alta tensão (440V a 6.6KV)Conhecimento de inversores WEG CFW9 e CFW11Conhecimento de inversores Schneider ATV51 , ATV61, ATV71Conhecimento disjuntores de Média tensão e relés de proteçãoTransformadores 69KV, 3.8KVAlta tensão SubestaçõesTermografia, análises de falhaInspeção e planejamentoConhecimento SAP módulo PMExperiência em indústrias de grande porte
