Todos os dias, temos a chance de realizar algo novo e você pode fazer parte disso. #VemSerVCResponsabilidades e atribuições • Executar coletas de dados preditivos utilizando técnicas como análise de vibração, ultrassom, análise de óleo e inspeções sensoriais avançadas; • Interpretar os dados coletados e elaborar relatórios técnicos com diagnóstico de falhas e recomendações de ações corretivas/preventivas; • Alimentar e atualizar sistemas de gestão de manutenção (SAP PM, Emonitor, SKF ptitude ou similares); • Trabalhar em conjunto com as equipes de manutenção corretiva, preventiva e engenharia para análise de causa raiz (ACM) e ações de melhoria contínua; • Desenvolver e revisar rotas de inspeção preditiva com base em criticidade dos ativos; • Contribuir na definição e aplicação de estratégias de manutenção baseadas em condição • Suportar auditorias internas e externas, garantindo a rastreabilidade dos dados e conformidade com os padrões da Votorantim; • Participar da elaboração e acompanhamento de KPIs da área de confiabilidade (MTBF, MTTR, %, etc.); • Apoiar projetos de aumento de confiabilidade e disponibilidade, alinhado às diretrizes de excelência operacional da unidade. Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos:• Formação Técnica em Mecânica, Eletromecânica, ou áreas correlatas;• Certificação em análise de vibração (pelo menos categoria II), termografia ou ultrassom (desejável);• Experiência em manutenção preditiva em ambiente industrial, preferencialmente em cimenteiras, mineração ou siderurgia;• Conhecimento em SAP PM;• Habilidade com sistemas de monitoramento preditivo (SKF, Prüftechnik, Fluke, etc.) Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turno.Informações adicionaisNOSSOS BENEFÍCIOSO Nosso Jeito de Ser tem a #Saúde_e_Segurança como princípio.
