Temos oportunidades em todas as regiões do Brasil.Responsabilidades e atribuições· Revisar e mantém atualizado o mapa de 52 semanas de acordo com as estratégias demanutenção;· Elaborar o planejamento mensal de manutenção avaliando os recursos necessários xdisponíveis (Material, mão de obra, ferramentas especiais, equipamentos auxiliares ecustos)· Manter atualizado o cadastro de equipamentos e os planos de manutenção, definindo eadequando para a realização dos serviços de manutenção, como, tempo padrão dastarefas, recursos necessários e ferramentas/equipamento auxiliares quando necessário.· Consolidar o planejamento dos trabalhos das grandes paradas (fornos e moinhos),organizando a lista das atividades a serem executadas (plano preventivo, manutenções nãosistemáticas, melhorias, inspeções e entre outras).· Promover entre a equipe de Engenharia o consenso das necessidades de manutenção dosequipamentos previstos no cronograma, identificando os materiais SELETIVOS a serem aplicados.· Elaborar em conjunto com área executante o organograma da parada.· Consolidar os trabalhos identificados nas inspeções seletivas e rotineiras, os quaisnecessitam de paradas de equipamentos façam parte do escopo das grandes paradasatravés de uma ordem de serviços corretamente planejada.· Acompanhar o planejamento do consumo de material dos serviços de manutençãoplanejados;.
