Executar atividades de instalação, manutenção, diagnóstico e melhoria de sistemas de automação e controle industrial, assegurando disponibilidade, confiabilidade e segurança de máquinas, equipamentos e processos produtivos, em conformidade com procedimentos internos, requisitos de qualidade e normas aplicáveis.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar manutenções preventivas, corretivas e preditivas em sistemas de automação, controle e instrumentação de máquinas, linhas de produção e utilidades industriais, conforme planos e ordens de serviço;Diagnosticar falhas em CLPs, IHMs, sistemas supervisórios, sensores, transmissores, inversores de frequência, servodrives, painéis de comando e redes industriais, identificando causas e realizando os ajustes necessários;Programar, configurar, parametrizar e realizar ajustes em CLPs, IHMs, inversores, controladores e demais dispositivos de automação, dentro de sua habilitação e dos procedimentos de segurança e controle de mudanças aplicáveis;Realizar medições, testes funcionais, calibrações e verificações de instrumentos e dispositivos eletroeletrônicos empregados no controle de processos industriais;Interpretar diagramas elétricos e eletrônicos, lógicas de controle, desenhos técnicos, manuais, listas de sinais e documentação de automação para apoiar diagnósticos, intervenções e melhorias;Apoiar instalações, modificações, comissionamento e partida de máquinas e sistemas automatizados, verificando intertravamentos, alarmes, dispositivos de segurança e funcionamento dos equipamentos;Manter organizados e atualizados backups, parâmetros, versões de programas e registros das intervenções realizadas nos sistemas de automação, conforme procedimentos internos;Registrar atividades em ordens de serviço e sistemas de manutenção, informando falhas encontradas, serviços executados, componentes utilizados, alterações realizadas e tempo de intervenção;Participar de análises de causa de falhas recorrentes e de projetos de melhoria, obsolescência e aumento da confiabilidade, produtividade e disponibilidade dos sistemas automatizados;Cumprir procedimentos de segurança, LOTO, BPF e demais requisitos aplicáveis, executando atividades correlatas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFORMAÇÃORequisitos:Curso Técnico em Automação Industrial, Eletrotécnica ou Eletrônica completo;Desejável:Formação complementar em Mecatrônica, Eletrônica, Instrumentação, Redes Industriais ou áreas correlatas.TEMPO DE EXPERIÊNCIAExigido: Mínimo de 02 (dois) anos de experiência em manutenção e/ou implantação de sistemas de automação industrial.Competências técnicas e conhecimentos:Requisitos:Conhecimento em CLPs, IHMs, inversores de frequência, sensores e instrumentos de processo, comandos elétricos, leitura de diagramas e diagnóstico de falhas em sistemas automatizados;Conhecimento em redes industriais, instrumentos de medição, parametrização de equipamentos, lógica de controle e práticas seguras de manutenção em ambientes industriais.
