Como nosso técnico(a) de controle de qualidade, você terá um papel fundamental em garantir a qualidade e segurança de nossos produtos, assegurando que cada item que chega aos nossos clientes reflita nosso mais alto valor: o cuidado com a saúde e o bem-estar.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar análises microbiológicas (contagem, pesquisa de patógenos) em suplementos e cosméticos, utilizando placas de Petri e Petri Filmes, bem como realizar o preparo de meios de cultura e esterilização dos materiais.Realizar a técnica de ELISA para detecção e quantificação de alergênicos (ex: glúten) e microbiológicos.Realizar medições de análises físico-químicas, como pH, umidade, densidade, granulometria, scoop, NIR, entre outros, em matérias-primas, suplementos e cosméticos.Realizar o preparo de soluções e reagentes necessários para as análises e o preparo de amostras, com as devidas diluições das matérias-primas e produtos a serem analisados.Realizar o preparo de amostras para análise em Cromatografia Líquida de Alta Eficiência (HPLC).Fazer o preparo de amostras para envio a laboratórios externos, garantindo a rastreabilidade e integridade.Realizar análises de monitoramento ambiental e de liberação de linha na área produtiva.Participar de ações corretivas, preventivas e de melhorias do setor.Documentar todos os resultados, procedimentos e desvios em planilhas, laudos e sistemas internos, além de criar relatórios e laudos de análise.Auxiliar no Controle de Estoque e Inventário do Laboratório (reagentes químicos, consumíveis, amostras, etc).Auxiliar na criação e revisão de documentos das tarefas do setor (POP's, IT's).Zelar pela organização, limpeza e manutenção da rotina de Boas Práticas de Laboratório (BPL) e biossegurança.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPossuir ensino médio completo;Conhecimento básico em Pacote Office, Google Drive, Planilhas Google.Será um diferencial:Possuir Curso Técnico em Química, Alimentos, Farmácia, Qualidade ou áreas correlatas OU comprovar experiência profissional prévia na área.Ou estar cursando Graduação em Química, Química Industrial, Biotecnologia, Biomedicina, Farmácia, Engenharia Química, Engenharia de Alimentos ou áreas correlatas OU comprovar experiência profissional prévia na área.Conhecimento em Boas Práticas de Laboratório (BPL) e Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF).Experiência com a realização de ensaios de ELISA.Vivência no preparo de amostras para análise instrumental (ex: HPLC).Informações adicionaisBenefíciosVA ou VR de R$ 30,00 (sem desconto de 20%);VT ou Vale combustível (sem desconto de 6%);Plano de Saúde (mensalidade paga pela empresa);Plano Odontológico;Bônus de Merecimento;Gympass; Seguro de Vida;Desconto em nossos produtos (manipulados linha Essentia Pharma e linha Essential Nutrition);Rede de descontos em lojas e restaurantes;Presente de final de ano;Área de confraternização - churrasqueira;Sala de meditação;Sala de descanso;Sala de Jogos;Atendimento médico;Atendimento pediátrico;Terapeutas, Coaching e Psicólogos;Programa de Meditação, Wellness e Manejo do Stress;Ginástica laboral;Bolsa de Auxílio Educação de até 50% do valor do curso;Ambiente de trabalho acolhedor - Cultura Essentia;Estacionamento.Horário de Trabalho: De segunda a quinta das 16:34 às 02h e sexta às 01h.
