Assistir aos pacientes internos e externos, acomodando-os, administrando medicamentos prescritos, realizando procedimentos preparatórios para a realização de exames e mantendo instalações, materiais e instrumentos em bom estado de uso e conservação, atuando sob supervisão do enfermeiro. Horário: 12x36 07:00 ás 19:00 impar agostoSalário: R$2.201,64 + 20% de insalubridadeBenefícios:Vale-transporte; Vale-alimentação ou vale-refeição; Assistência médica (UNIMED); Assistência odontológica (METLIFE); Assistência educação (Para-Graduar e Pós-Graduar); Auxílio Creche - No valor de R$ 200,00 (por filho) - OBS: benefício destinado para a mães ou responsáveis legais por crianças com até 72 meses de vida ou com filhos com necessidades especiais de qualquer idade; pais com guarda definitiva da criança com até 72 meses de vida ou com filhos com necessidades especiais de qualquer idade;Programa de qualidade de vida; Plano Funerário Santa Casa BH – proteção para você e seus dependentes, com acesso a vantagens exclusivas, incluindo descontos na Academia Pratique, Cinemark, Netshoes, Domino's, Drogaria Araújo e diversos outros parceiros;Parceria com restaurantes, Pacheco, psicólogos, farmácias, oficinas e academias; Cartão presente Natal.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVerificar a programação do dia através do quadro de aviso, observando a relação de pacientes a serem transportados, horários e tipos de exames a ser realizado, identificar se o mesmo será transportado por maca ou cadeira de rodas; Realizar check-list de transição de cuidados; Verificar as condições do paciente com a equipe de enfermagem para proceder a remoção, visando maior segurança na operação; Acomodar o paciente na cadeira de rodas ou maca, checando o uso de dispositivos ou oxigênio, preparando-o para a realização do transporte; Transportar o paciente até o local do exame ou em caso de exame externo até a ambulância, com a documentação pertinente (prontuário e marcação do exame), utilizando maca ou cadeira de rodas; Receber pacientes que chegam para internação através de ambulâncias, identificando qual será o melhor equipamento para o seu transporte e em qual leito será internado; Atender as solicitações de transferências internas de uma unidade para outra; Movimentar pacientes não agendados que necessitam de exames após solicitação do supervisor imediato; Registrar cada exame realizado, informando os não realizados à equipe de enfermagem; Realizar a limpeza dos equipamentos (maca e cadeira de rodas) após cada transporte, visando prevenir contaminações. Zelar pelos equipamentos de uso comum; Transportar pacientes do setor de internação até o setor de origem. Participar de treinamentos institucionais e setoriais; Executar outras tarefas correlatas, do mesmo grau de dificuldade, mediante solicitação do superior imediato. Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio CompletoCurso Técnico em Enfermagem CompletoCOREN Ativo
