Faça seu cadastro e venha fazer parte do nosso time!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo Técnico(a) de Enfermagem do Trabalho você vai: Prestar atendimento de primeiros socorros e assistência de enfermagem aos colaboradores em situações de emergência e intercorrências de saúde;Realizar avaliação inicial do colaborador e direcionar o atendimento conforme a necessidade e os protocolos estabelecidos;Apoiar as ações de saúde ocupacional, campanhas de prevenção e programas de promoção à saúde;Realizar aferição de sinais vitais e demais procedimentos de enfermagem compatíveis com sua habilitação;Controlar, organizar e manter os materiais, medicamentos e equipamentos do ambulatório/posto de atendimento;Registrar e manter atualizados os atendimentos e informações de saúde nos sistemas e formulários aplicáveis;Apoiar o controle e acompanhamento de afastamentos, atestados e encaminhamentos médicos, conforme procedimentos da empresa;Atuar em conjunto com o Médico do Trabalho, Enfermeiro do Trabalho, Técnico de Segurança e demais profissionais de SST;Apoiar atendimentos e ações de saúde em áreas operacionais, incluindo britagem, correias transportadoras, subestações, áreas de comissionamento e demais frentes de serviço;Participar de simulados de emergência, campanhas de saúde e atividades de prevenção de acidentes;Cumprir rigorosamente os procedimentos de segurança, saúde ocupacional, meio ambiente e requisitos específicos do cliente;Zelar pelo sigilo das informações relacionadas aos atendimentos realizados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação necessária:Curso Técnico em Enfermagem.Requisitos desejáveis:Conhecimento da Normas ISO 14001 e ISO 45001;Domínio nas Normas;Conhecimento em atendimento básico em primeiros socorros e inspeção em extintores e EPI's;Bons conhecimentos em Informática;Habilidade de comunicação;Relacionamento Interpessoal;Trabalho em equipe.Informações adicionaisAqui você encontra:Vale refeição/alimentação;Plano de saúde coparticipativo;Plano odontológico;Vale transporte ou transporte fornecido pela empresa;Seguro de vida;Wellhub (Gympass);Hospital Vitta (Consultas médicas, nutricionista e psicológica);Convênio com instituições de ensino (faculdades e cursos de inglês) com descontos para colaboradores e dependentes;Descontos em lojas e serviços parceiros.
