Prestar assistência de enfermagem aos colaboradores, com foco no atendimento ambulatorial, prevenção e promoção da saúde ocupacional, apoiando as rotinas do PCMSO e contribuindo para um ambiente de trabalho seguro e saudável, dentro de sua competência profissional e dos protocolos aplicáveis.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Prestar atendimento de enfermagem no ambulatório ocupacional, realizando acolhimento, aferição de sinais vitais, curativos e demais procedimentos compatíveis com sua habilitação profissional; Realizar primeiros socorros e atendimento inicial em casos de mal-estar, acidentes ou outras intercorrências, acionando suporte médico ou serviço de emergência quando necessário; Apoiar o Médico do Trabalho e a equipe de Saúde Ocupacional na organização e execução das rotinas de exames admissionais, periódicos, de retorno ao trabalho, mudança de risco ocupacional e demissionais; Administrar medicamentos e executar procedimentos de enfermagem mediante prescrição, protocolo e orientação técnica aplicável, observando as normas profissionais e de segurança; Apoiar o controle de atestados, afastamentos, restrições e retornos ao trabalho, mantendo os registros atualizados e contribuindo para o acompanhamento do absenteísmo; Participar de campanhas de saúde, vacinação, ações educativas e programas de prevenção e promoção da saúde previstos no PCMSO e em iniciativas internas; Organizar e manter atualizados prontuários, registros de atendimento e documentos de saúde ocupacional, assegurando sigilo, confidencialidade e adequado tratamento das informações; Controlar estoque, validade e condições de armazenamento de medicamentos, materiais de enfermagem, kits de primeiros socorros e equipamentos do ambulatório; Registrar os atendimentos realizados e apoiar a elaboração e o acompanhamento de indicadores e controles de saúde ocupacional, fornecendo informações para análise da equipe responsável; Executar outras atividades correlatas à função, dentro de sua competência profissional e conforme orientação técnica aplicável, a critério do gestor responsável.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação:

Curso Técnico em Enfermagem completo; Registro ativo e regular no Conselho Regional de Enfermagem (COREN).

Desejável:

·       Especialização técnica ou qualificação em Enfermagem do Trabalho / Saúde Ocupacional.

Experiência:

·       Mínimo de 01 (um) ano de experiência em atividades de enfermagem.

Competências técnicas e conhecimentos:

Conhecimento de primeiros socorros, sinais vitais, curativos e rotinas de atendimento ambulatorial; Conhecimento básico de informática, Pacote Office e sistemas de registro/controle de saúde.

Desejável:

Conhecimento da NR-7, PCMSO e rotinas de Saúde Ocupacional;

·       Experiência em ambiente industrial e com sistemas de gestão de saúde ocupacional, atestados e absenteísmo.
