Prestar assistência de enfermagem durante o transporte do paciente, considerando a legislação em vigor e processo de assistência deenfermagem previsto estabelecendo comunicacao efetiva com as equipes dos locais de origem e de destino, atuar nos servicos de saude dentro das normas dehigiene ocupacional e de biossegurança, seguindo os princípios de humanizacao e etica; mantendo relação respeitosa com os pacientes e seus familiares e atuar deforma coerente dentro da hierarquia de estrutura organizacional do sistema de saúde.Horário: 07:00h às 19:00h - 12x36 Diurno - Escala PAR em Setembro

Cartão presente Natal. Responsabilidades e atribuições- Encaminhar e transferir pacientes entre as unidades da Instituição;- Protocolar transferência;- Atuar dentro dos padrões de qualidade, bem como auxiliar no desenvolvimento das atividades assistenciais relativas ao transporte;- Fornecer auxílio na organização de materiais e equipamentos de transporte.- Transportar diariamente pacientes em maca ou cadeira de rodas nas dependencias do hospital e nas areas adjacentes;- Auxiliar no posicionamento do paciente para realização de exames laboratoriais ou de imagem;- Manusear sistemas de informação e passar instruções;- Recepcionar o paciente, conferindo a identificação pessoal e a documentação necessária indicando os recursos adequados para o transporte e destino;- Zelar pela sua própria segurança e integridade bem como a do paciente; - Transportar o paciente do leito até a ambulância sempre em maca ou cadeira de rodas;- Utilizar medidas de proteção e segurança durante o transporte/remoção do paciente (grades da maca elevada, uso de cinto de segurança);- Zelar pelo bom estado do equipamento utilizado para o transporte solicitando manutencão quando necessário bem como cuidar de sua higienização, conformeprotocolo específico;- Eventualmente, em casos de intercorrência, prestar socorro imediato e solicitar atendimento médico;- Atuar na prevenção de possíveis instabilidades e complicações no estado geral do paciente;- Comunicar ao Enfermeiro toda e qualquer intercorrência ou complicação ocorrida durante o transporte, assim como proceder com o registro no prontuário;- Executar outras tarefas relacionadas com o cargo, a criterio do superior imediato.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatório: Ensino Técnico em EnfermagemRegistro ativo e atualizado no COREN.
