Traga seu talento para a Unimed Guarulhos e vamos juntos exercer a nossa vocação de cuidar.Quem Buscamos:  TÉCNICO DE ENFERMAGEM - PRONTO ATENDIMENTO INFANTILHorário de trabalho: 07:00 AS 19:00 Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesReceber e passar plantão, seguindo fluxo de continuidade no atendimento prestado;Executar a prescrição de enfermagem;Realizar a transferência interna e externa do paciente, juntamente com a enfermeira;Preparar e administrar medicações por via oral, tópica, intradérmica, subcutânea, intramuscular, endovenosa e retal, segundo prescrição médica, sob supervisão do enfermeiro;Realizar anotações de enfermagem, e que estas contenham todas as intercorrências e todos os cuidados e materiais no atendimento;Auxiliar o enfermeiro nos cuidados aos pacientes críticos;Executar os protocolos de enfermagem descritos pela Instituição;Manter a limpeza e organização do setor e suas dependências;Dispensar materiais na conta do paciente, que devem estar descriminados em anotação de enfermagem;Comunicar o enfermeiro sobre itens bolados em prescrição médica, para que os mesmos sejam providenciados imediatamente;Informar aos enfermeiros qualquer intercorrência que houver na unidade;Manter controle do patrimônio (equipamentos e aparelhos) das unidades;Realizar todos os cuidados privativos do técnico de enfermagem;Realizar controle e monitoramento rigoroso dos pacientes conforme protocolo;Orientar todos os familiares sobre as normas e rotinas da unidade;Conferir os carros de urgência em cada plantão, das temperaturas das geladeiras e da umidade relativa do ar, conforme escala previamente estabelecida;Preparar os pacientes para procedimentos e exames;Atender às solicitações da coordenação de enfermagem, sempre que for convocado;Identificar todos os dispositivos, materiais e medicamentos mantidos nos pacientes observando se há datas com os prazos de validades estabelecidos pela CCIH;Conferir mensalmente as caixas de procedimentos de urgência e solicitar ao enfermeiro a reposição dos materiais após o uso;Verificar sinais vitais conforme prescrição médica e gravidade do paciente;Prestar cuidados de higiene, alimentação e conforto ao paciente.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Técnico de Enfermagem - Completo;Experiência anterior em Pronto Atendimento Infantil;COREN ativo;Conhecimento básico de informática e habilidades para utilização de sistemas;Conhecimento no sistema Tasy, pode ser considerado diferencial.Informações adicionaisAssistência Médica Unimed Guarulhos: Plano de saúde de qualidade, visando o cuidado com a saúde e o bem-estar dos colaboradores.
