Responsável por realizar os procedimentos relacionados ao cuidado de enfermagem, pautado na missão, visão e valores institucionais, nos diversos setores assistenciais, envolvendo atividades de nível técnico com objetivo de assegurar a qualidade do serviço prestado e garantir a segurança do paciente nos diferentes níveis de complexidade assistencial.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais ResponsabilidadesCumprir legislações profissionais, Regimento do Serviço de Enfermagem e protocolos institucionais.Admitir pacientes, prestar orientações iniciais e esclarecer dúvidas em conjunto com enfermeiro e equipe médica.Realizar anotações de enfermagem fidedignas, garantindo segurança e continuidade do cuidado.Identificar pacientes e dispositivos conforme protocolos (pulseiras, acessos, soluções, leitos).Executar procedimentos privativos conforme legislação: cuidados gerais, administração de medicamentos, curativos, sondagens, apoio em cateterismos e outros previstos.Auxiliar o enfermeiro no preparo de materiais, procedimentos delegados e assistência a pacientes críticos, incluindo apoio em curativos especiais, terapia antineoplásica, hemocomponentes e manejo de lesões.Realizar transporte seguro de pacientes internos e externos, seguindo perfis assistenciais, checklists, normas COFEN/COREN-MG e protocolos de movimentação.Prestar assistência segura durante intercorrências, urgências e emergências.Adotar medidas preventivas de risco, participar do gerenciamento de risco assistencial e registrar incidentes quando identificados.Utilizar EPIs corretamente e cumprir a NR-32, prevenindo acidentes ocupacionais.Checar prescrições médicas e de enfermagem, com assinatura e carimbo.Participar do planejamento da assistência e apoiar na programação de alta, fornecendo orientações ao paciente e familiares.Administrar medicamentos com segurança, especialmente drogas de alta vigilância.Atender prontamente solicitações verbais ou por campainha dos pacientes.Manter organização do setor e limpeza da unidade, comunicando não conformidades ao serviço de higiene.Zelar pelo manuseio de equipamentos, comunicar necessidade de manutenção e controlar validade e consumo de materiais e medicamentos.Manter documentos e prontuário do paciente organizados e atualizados.Seguir rotinas de segurança do paciente e protocolos institucionais durante movimentações para exames ou transferências.Participar de processos de Acreditação Hospitalar e de treinamentos institucionais.Atender solicitações de remanejamento e atuar em diferentes setores quando designado.Executar outras atividades correlatas conforme demanda do serviço.Requisitos e qualificaçõesREQUISITOS TÉCNICOS OBRIGATÓRIOS:Curso Técnico de Enfermagem concluído;Registro Profissional no Conselho ativo COREN – MG;Possuir habilidade e conhecimento para a execução de todos os procedimentos de enfermagem exclusivos do técnico de enfermagem;Conhecimento do Código de Ética Profissional Vigente.REQUISITOS TÉCNICOS DESEJÁVEIS:Experiência como técnico de enfermagem na área de atuação.Informações adicionais Transporte: Vale-TransporteBem-estar: plano médico e odontológico Unimed, parceria Sesc (clubes, pousadas e descontos), convênio Droga Clara;Educação: descontos e bolsas exclusivas na Faculdade Anhanguera;Prêmio assiduidade: 2,78% (caso não haja atrasos/atestados/faltas injustificadas ou medidas disciplinares);Alimentação: Vale-Refeição/Vale-Alimentação no valor de R$ 30,00 por dia trabalhado;
