Na Engemon IT, ecossistemas tecnológicos de alta performance são construídos por talentos que aliam profundo conhecimento técnico a uma postura impecável.Buscamos um(a) Técnico(a) de Microinformática JR com perfil altamente hands on, organizado e com excelente comunicação para atuar na linha de frente do nosso atendimento em campo (Field Service). Você será a peça chave para garantir a continuidade das operações dos nossos clientes, atuando com agilidade na resolução de falhas físicas e lógicas, além de zelar pela logística e controle de rotas. Se você tem resiliência para lidar com imprevistos, facilidade para orientar usuários e quer colocar a mão na massa em um ambiente dinâmico, o seu lugar é aqui!Responsabilidades e atribuições🔹 Atendimento em Campo (Field Service): Realizar manutenções preventivas e corretivas em equipamentos de TI, cumprindo rigorosamente as rotas, agendas, SLAs e procedimentos internos.🔹 Suporte à Infraestrutura e Redes: Instalar, configurar e prestar suporte a equipamentos de rede (Switches, Roteadores, Repetidores, Access Points e CFTV), além de atuar ativamente com cabeamento estruturado (identificação de pontos, testes e correções básicas).🔹 Sistemas e Padronização: Executar processos de baixa de imagem, formatação, reinstalação e padronização de Sistemas Operacionais, garantindo testes rigorosos de funcionamento após cada intervenção.🔹 Gestão de Chamados e Logística: Registrar, atualizar e encerrar chamados técnicos via celular ou sistema corporativo. Efetuar o controle de peças (troca, recebimento e devolução) garantindo a rastreabilidade, além de realizar o controle e registro diário de quilometragem (KM) e deslocamentos.🔹 Experiência do Cliente e Sinergia: Orientar os usuários finais sobre o uso adequado dos equipamentos, atuando de forma colaborativa e prestando apoio a outros técnicos e áreas internas.Requisitos e qualificações✅ Mandatório: Veículo próprio disponível para atuação em campo/lojas.✅ Vivência prática em manutenção de equipamentos de TI (desktops, notebooks, impressoras e periféricos) e capacidade para substituição ágil de peças.✅ Domínio em rotinas de baixa de imagem, formatação e reinstalação de Sistemas Operacionais.✅ Conhecimento prático em cabeamento estruturado, com noções fundamentais de redes de computadores e conectividade.✅ Familiaridade com suporte a equipamentos de infraestrutura (Switches, Roteadores, Repetidores, Access Points e CFTV).✅ Experiência com sistemas de chamados técnicos e habilidade no uso de aplicativos corporativos em smartphones.✅ Capacidade de realizar testes e validações técnicas focadas na excelência do atendimento.✅ Conhecimento básico dos princípios de Segurança da Informação.Informações adicionais 🏷️ ESCALA: 12x36, em regime 100% presencial.🕑 HORÁRIO: 09h00 às 21h00.BENEFÍCIOS:🍽️ VALE-REFEIÇÃO: R$ 32,00 por dia trabalhado, através do Cartão Flash Benefícios.🚗 REEMBOLSO LOCOMOÇÃO: Reembolso de combustível no valor de R$ 1,00 por KM rodado, além de cobertura para pedágios no trajeto e despesas com estacionamento quando necessário.🏨 CONVÊNIO MÉDICO: Plano Amil, 100% custeado para o colaborador.
