Na Engemon IT, ecossistemas tecnológicos de alta performance são construídos por talentos que aliam profundo conhecimento técnico a uma postura impecável.Buscamos um(a) Técnico(a) de Microinformática PL com perfil analítico, excelente comunicação e postura resolutiva para atuar na linha de frente do nosso atendimento em campo (Field Service). Você será responsável por garantir a continuidade das operações, atuando no diagnóstico e correção de falhas físicas e lógicas com maior grau de complexidade, além de apoiar o time na execução de rotas e logística. Se você tem maturidade técnica para lidar com incidentes corporativos, facilidade para orientar clientes e gosta de autonomia em campo, o seu lugar é aqui!Responsabilidades e atribuições🔹 Atendimento em Campo (Field Service): Realizar manutenções preventivas e corretivas consolidadas em equipamentos de TI, cumprindo rigorosamente rotas, agendas, SLAs e procedimentos operacionais.🔹 Suporte à Infraestrutura e Redes: Instalar, configurar e suportar equipamentos de rede (Switches, Roteadores, Repetidores, Access Points e CFTV), atuando ativamente com cabeamento estruturado (identificação de pontos, testes e correções avançadas).🔹 Sistemas e Padronização: Executar processos de baixa de imagem, formatação, reinstalação e padronização de Sistemas Operacionais, assegurando testes rigorosos de funcionamento.🔹 Governança de Chamados e Logística: Atualizar e encerrar chamados técnicos via celular ou sistema corporativo, garantindo o controle minucioso de peças (troca, recebimento e devolução) e o registro diário de quilometragem (KM) e deslocamentos.🔹 Experiência do Cliente e Multiplicação: Orientar os usuários finais sobre o uso adequado dos recursos tecnológicos e atuar de forma colaborativa, prestando apoio técnico a outras áreas e técnicos de nível inicial.Requisitos e qualificações✅ Mandatório: Veículo próprio disponível para atuação em campo/lojas.✅ Sólida vivência prática em manutenção de equipamentos corporativos de TI (desktops, notebooks, impressoras e periféricos), com alta capacidade para substituição e configuração de peças.✅ Domínio na execução de rotinas de baixa de imagem, formatação e reinstalação de Sistemas Operacionais.✅ Experiência consolidada em cabeamento estruturado, com conhecimentos práticos de redes de computadores e conectividade.✅ Experiência prática no suporte e validação de equipamentos de infraestrutura (Switches, Roteadores, Repetidores, Access Points e CFTV).✅ Domínio no uso de sistemas de chamados técnicos e habilidade com aplicativos corporativos em smartphones.✅ Capacidade analítica para realizar testes, validações técnicas e diagnósticos precisos diretamente em campo.✅ Conhecimento consolidado nas diretrizes e fundamentos básicos de Segurança da Informação.Informações adicionais 🏷️ ESCALA: 12x36, em regime 100% presencial.🕑 HORÁRIO: 09h00 às 21h00.BENEFÍCIOS:🍽️ VALE-REFEIÇÃO: R$ 32,00 por dia trabalhado, através do Cartão Flash Benefícios.🚗 REEMBOLSO LOCOMOÇÃO: Reembolso de combustível no valor de R$ 1,00 por KM rodado, além de cobertura para pedágios no trajeto e despesas com estacionamento quando necessário.🏨 CONVÊNIO MÉDICO: Plano Amil, 100% custeado para o colaborador.
