Temos uma combinação de ingredientes perfeitos: gerar sorrisos e tornar as coisas mais fáceis para as pessoas! 😍Aproveite essa oportunidade e venha construir uma jornada incrível. 🍔Local de trabalho: São Paulo/ SPResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo será o seu dia a dia:Acompanhar perícias técnicas e fiscalizações relacionadas a área de SSMA em restaurantes quando necessário; Analisar os indicadores de SSMA e propor ações para melhoria contínua; • Apoiar os restaurantes em campanhas e eventos de SSMA, tais como CIPA, Abril Verde, Maio Amarelo, etc;Avaliar projetos de proteção e prevenção contra incêndios para realizar adequações, pedidos de compras de materiais/equipamentos quando necessário;Elaborar estudos e relatórios técnicos de condições inseguras com recomendações de medidas preventivas e corretivas para minimizar ou eliminar os riscos existentes;Elaborar procedimentos e materiais em geral de conscientização voltados para a prevenção de acidentes;Garantir e apoiar a formação e renovação dos cursos de brigadas de Incêndio dos restaurantes;Preparar apresentações, participar e conduzir reuniões de fechamentos mensais, trazendo indicadores de SSMA para as lideranças envolvidas;Promover e disseminar a cultura de SSMA nas operações dos restaurantes, na média e alta liderança da Companhia; Realizar a implantação e renovação dos mandatos de CIPA, bem como, analisar o enquadramento das unidades quanto a necessidade de composição de CIPA e realizar auditoria documental sobre o processo para garantir conformidade legal;Realizar interface com órgãos ambientais para atendimento as eventuais notificações, comunique-se, condicionantes e licenças ambientais quando necessário;Realizar treinamentos e capacitações aos colaboradores de temas relacionados a Saúde, Segurança e Meio ambiente;Realizar a interface com os Gerentes de Mercado e Consultores de Operação, Manutenção e demais áreas de apoio em seus mercados de atuação;Realizar a análise das investigações de acidentes de trabalho nos seus mercados de atuação, bem como, propor planos de ação para a mitigação de acidentes na regional/mercado de atuação e acompanhar o status e prazos propostos para a conclusão das ações;Suportar os restaurantes sob sua responsabilidade quanto aos temas de SSMA;Verificar o cumprimento de requisitos legais, potenciais riscos à saúde, segurança e meio ambiente nos restaurantes, realizando auditorias periódicas, além de atuar nos planos de ação gerados dos mercados/setores de atuação para reversão das não conformidades.Requisitos e qualificações🍔 Ingredientes que não podem faltar:Curso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho;Registro ativo no Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego (MTE);Conhecimento em legislações trabalhistas, previdenciárias e normas regulamentadoras do Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego (MTE) no Brasil.Vivência em análise e investigação de acidentes;Atuação com implementação e renovação de processos de CIPA;Atuação com prevenção e combate a incêndio (brigada de emergência e sistemas de combate a incêndio em geral);Conhecimento sobre gerenciamento adequado de resíduos sólidos;Conhecimento intermediário de ferramentas do Microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook, one note).Possuir CNH ativa (categoria mínima B).😍 A gente vai amar muito se você:Ter atuado com alguma área de meio ambiente será considerado um diferencial.Informações adicionais😋 Benefícios que deixam tudo ainda mais gostoso:Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Seguro de Vida;Vale Alimentação/ Refeição;Participação nos Resultados - PPR;Veículo;Day Off;Wellhub.Pronto(a) para uma experiência tão inesquecível quanto um Big Mac?
