Responsabilidades e atribuições Garantir que todos os colaboradores estejam alinhados com a Política de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho, promovendo um ambiente seguro e consciente.Zelar pelo uso correto dos Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPI) e Coletiva (EPC) em toda a unidade.Apoiar o monitoramento dos agentes de risco (físicos, químicos, biológicos, ergonômicos e de acidentes), contribuindo para um ambiente de trabalho mais seguro.Participar da execução dos programas de Saúde e Segurança (PGR, LTCAT, PCMSO, entre outros), incluindo rotinas administrativas.Atuar em campanhas e ações educativas, como SIPAT, Papos Seguros e Maio Amarelo, ajudando a fortalecer a cultura de prevenção.Contribuir com a investigação de acidentes e incidentes, auxiliando na identificação de causas e na prevenção de recorrências.Apoiar a conscientização sobre o descarte correto de resíduos industriais.Auxiliar na capacitação da CIPA e da Brigada de Incêndio, além de apoiar suas atividades e planos de ação.Realizar a sinalização de ambientes, máquinas e equipamentos, orientando os colaboradores sobre sua importância.Acompanhar inspeções para garantir a higiene e organização dos ambientes de trabalho.Monitorar o sistema de prevenção e combate a incêndios, incluindo inspeção e troca de extintores.Apoiar análises preliminares de risco, contribuindo para a antecipação de possíveis perigos.Acompanhar rotinas do programa de comportamento seguro e indicadores como o ICS.Sugerir melhorias contínuas para os processos da área.

Requisitos e qualificações Curso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho concluído;Conhecimento no Pacote Office;Será um diferencial se você tiver:⭐ Conhecimento e/ou experiência na aplicação de treinamentos e requisitos das seguintes Normas Regulamentadoras:NR 05 – CIPA;NR 06 – Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPI);NR 10 – Segurança em Instalações e Serviços em Eletricidade;NR 11 – Transporte, Movimentação e Armazenagem de Materiais;NR 12 – Segurança no Trabalho em Máquinas e Equipamentos;NR 18 – Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho na Indústria da Construção;NR 23 – Proteção Contra Incêndios;NR 33 – Segurança e Saúde nos Trabalhos em Espaços Confinados;NR 35 – Trabalho em Altura.
