A Cotesa tem como propósito ser a melhor parceira do setor elétrico brasileiro. Tem como diretriz de atuação a máxima eficiência, aliada à responsabilidade socioambiental e à segurança de suas equipes, valores compartilhados por seus colaboradores.Queremos em nosso time pessoas comprometidas que vistam a camisa e estejam sempre dispostas a aperfeiçoar processos e a se engajar em novos desafios. Queremos que nossos colaboradores cresçam junto com a empresa.Se esse é o seu perfil e se você tem tanta paixão pela energia como nós, ficaremos felizes em conhecer você!Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar o controle e execução de treinamentos admissionais e de rotina visando o atendimento as cláusulas contratuais e normas regulamentadoras;  Responder pelo controle de vencimentos e pela realização de ASO - Atestado de Saúde Ocupacional (periódicos e retorno ao trabalho);   Desenvolver ações educativas na área da saúde e segurança do trabalho; Inspecionar equipamentos de proteção contra incêndios, tais como extintores e sistemas de hidrantes; Atuar na investigação e registro de condições inseguras e acidentes de trabalho, emitindo relatórios ao cliente e instituições fiscalizadoras, assim como propor e implementar ações preventivas;Acompanhar e orientar os profissionais em relação às atividades desenvolvidas com foco nos procedimentos de segurança e higiene do trabalho; Dar apoio no processo de especificação e aquisição de EPI’s e EPC’s; Responder pela distribuição de EPI’s e EPC’s, orientando e fiscalizando correto o uso dos mesmos;Contribuir com a elaboração e implementação da política de saúde e segurança do trabalho;  Dar suporte e acompanhar as atividades do meio ambiente; Prestar atendimento e realizar outras atividades profissionais correlatas e inerentes ao cargo exercido, conforme orientação e/ou solicitação do superior imediato;Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos Obrigatórios:Formação técnica em segurança do trabalho; Conhecimento em informática (Pacote Office);CNH Categoria B; Requisitos Desejáveis: Experiência em atividades de segurança no trabalho em usinas hidrelétricas ou subestações;Experiência em ministrar treinamentos;Informações adicionais ·         Benefícios:
