Zelar pela saúde e segurança dos colaboradores em suas atividades laborais, elaborando projetos, treinamentos e executando programas de prevenção para a redução do número de acidentes de trabalho e riscos para a integridade física e psicológica dos Colaboradores da Empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVisitas técnicas nas usinas para garantir que as ações de segurança e meio ambiente estejam em conformidade.Auditoria anual de segurança do trabalho.Acompanhamento técnico, análise de risco para elaboração, atualização e validação do PPRA e PCMSOResponsável por realizar a integração de segurança na empresa e acompanham os processos de integração da equipe interna e terceiros.Desenvolver ações educativas na área de saúde e segurança no trabalho.Participação e apoio nos programas de segurança como SIPAT e CIPA.Investigar, analisar acidentes, elaboram plano de ação e dão suporte ao RH para abertura de CAT.Elaborar as pautas dos Diálogos de Segurança, e do Jornal da Empresa.Atualizar o catálogo de EPIs da empresa de acordo com o risco levantado pelo PPRA.Realizar a entrega de EPIs, recolher assinatura e arquivar as fichas de EPI.Realizar treinamentos de segurança, prático e teórico - CIPA, NR 06, NR 23, NR 35, PCN, Permissão de Trabalho e outros que por ventura sejam solicitados.Elaboração de Análise Preliminar de Riscos (APR) e Mapas de Risco das plantas.Conferência e validação dos documentos de Segurança realizados pelos Fornecedores.Realizar a Gestão dos Documentos de Segurança das plantas.Acompanhar serviços de manutenções, fazer abertura de Permissão de Trabalho.Acompanhar as condicionantes das licenças ambientais e dão suporte nos processos de renovação, retornando os documentos de exigências dos consultores ambientais.
