Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar e revisar ISSM#s (Instruções de Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente) e IT (Instruções de Trabalho), aplicando as NR (Normas Regulamentadoras definidas pela empresa ao processo produtivo, atividades das áreas de apoio e/ou administrativas, identificando perigos e riscos para definir as medidas preventivas e/ou corretivas;Apoiar as atividades e ações do PPRA (Programa de Prevenção de Riscos Ambientais), oferecendo suporte ao Engenheiro de segurança nodesenvolvimento das atividades relacionadas ao programa; Revisar os PRAI's (Perigos, Riscos, Aspectos e Impactos) definidos pela empresa ao processo produtivo, atividades das áreas de apoio e/ou administrativas identificando perigos e riscos para definir as medidas preventivas e/ou corretivas; Monitorar a aplicabilidade das Instruções de Segurança, Saúde e Meio-Ambiente ao processo produtivo, atividades das áreas de apoio e/ou administrativas, gerando ações de melhoria, preventivas e/ou corretivas; Apoiar as atividades e ações do PPR (Programa de Prevenção de Riscos), conforme orientações do Engenheiro de segurança nos desenvolvimentos das atividades relacionadas ao programa, conduzindo testes de comprovação e eficácia do EPI's (Equipamento de Proteção Individual), elaborando relatórios e documentos da execução dos testes de vedação; Elaborar PPP (perfil profissiográfico previdenciário) conforme demanda e solicitação de todos os funcionários e ex-funcionários das empresas Randon Implementos e empresas que compõem sua matricialidade; Conduzir os processos de acidente do trabalho das áreas administrativas e correlacionadas (projeto qualificar e holding), registrando e analisando os documentos específicos, identificando a causa raiz e propondo ações corretivas visando minimizar ou eliminar os riscos; Acompanhar as perícias trabalhistas, alinhando com as áreas envolvidas a condução técnica e entrega dos documentos solicitados no processo. Criar e/ou apoiar a formatação das DDS (Diálogo Diários de Segurança), contemplando riscos físicos, químicos, biológicos (se pertinente), ergonômicos e de acidentes, a fim de conscientizar os funcionários referente a importância da saúde, segurança e meio ambiente; Prestar suporte administrativo, conforme demanda, solicitação e/ou orientação de seu superior imediato ou de profissionais da área, realizando tarefas de apoio para atendimento às necessidades específicas de sua área de atuação; Executar atividades adicionais ao estabelecido para o cargo, de mesma natureza e complexidade, observando solicitação do superior imediato e/ou demanda interna. Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara participar do processo seletivo você precisa ter os seguintes requisitos obrigatórios: Ensino médio concluído;Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho;Registro no MTE Ativo.

Desejável:Vivência como Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho;Conhecimento em Pacote Office;Conhecimento em Brigada e técnicas de investigação de ocorrências.

Informações adicionais Horário de trabalho:Turno  - 07h12 às 17h de terça a sábado.
