Essa posição será responsável por implementar e acompanhar as políticas de Segurança do Trabalho, garantindo o cumprimento da legislação vigente, a gestão dos programas legais e o desenvolvimento de uma cultura de segurança nos canteiros de obras, contribuindo para a integridade dos colaboradores e a excelência operacional da Cataguá.Ficou interessado(a)? Vem saber mais.Candidate-se e venha transformar vidas com a gente. 💙Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGarantir o cumprimento da legislação, normas regulamentadoras e políticas internas de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho nos canteiros de obras.Desenvolver e promover ações preventivas voltadas à eliminação ou mitigação dos riscos de acidentes e doenças ocupacionais.Ministrar treinamentos, integrações e palestras de segurança, orientando os colaboradores sobre riscos ocupacionais, procedimentos seguros e uso correto dos equipamentos de proteção.Especificar, controlar e fiscalizar a utilização dos Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs) e Equipamentos de Proteção Coletiva (EPCs).Elaborar Análises de Risco por função, Ordens de Serviço de Segurança e demais documentos técnicos, garantindo a orientação dos colaboradores quanto às medidas preventivas.Implantar e acompanhar a CIPA, Brigada de Incêndio, Mapas de Riscos e demais programas de prevenção previstos na legislação.Elaborar e revisar procedimentos operacionais de segurança para máquinas, equipamentos e atividades executadas nos canteiros de obras.Gerenciar a documentação legal de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho da empresa e de empresas contratadas, acompanhando programas legais, ASOs, cronogramas e vencimentos.Implantar, acompanhar e auditar o Plano Diretor de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho, propondo planos de ação para tratamento dos desvios identificados.Atuar como referência técnica em Segurança do Trabalho, prestando suporte às equipes internas, empresas parceiras e clientes quanto às normas e boas práticas de prevenção.Controlar a liberação de acesso aos canteiros de obras, garantindo que colaboradores próprios e terceiros estejam devidamente integrados e atendam aos requisitos de segurança.Monitorar indicadores da área e propor ações de melhoria contínua, contribuindo para o fortalecimento da cultura de segurança e para a redução de acidentes.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso Técnico completo em Segurança do Trabalho.Experiência na função, preferencialmente no segmento da construção civil.Conhecimento das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs), com ênfase na NR-18, NR-35 e demais normas aplicáveis ao setor.Vivência na gestão de programas legais de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho (PGR, PCMSO, LTCAT, entre outros).Experiência na realização de treinamentos, integrações, inspeções e auditorias de segurança.Conhecimento em investigação e análise de acidentes, gestão de indicadores e elaboração de planos de ação.Domínio do Pacote Office.CNH categoria B e disponibilidade para deslocamentos entre obras.Perfil proativo, organizado, com boa comunicação, capacidade de orientação e foco na prevenção de acidentes.Informações adicionaisO que é importante para você, também é importante para nós!Os benefícios que oferecemos são:·    Vale Transporte·    Vale Alimentação/Refeição·    Plano de Saúde (Unimed e Uniodonto)·    Seguro de vida·    Participação nos lucros·    Café da manhã e da tarde·    Convênio de farmácia·    Gympass·    Somos GPTW!Quer fazer parte desse time que se orgulha de ser uma das melhores empresas para trabalhar no interior de São Paulo?Candidate-se e venha transformar vidas com a gente 💙
