Buscamos um (a) Técnico(a) de Segurança do Trabalho para atuar em Mogi das Cruzes/SP em regime de contrato PJ por 12meses.Procuramos talentos que amam o que fazem, proativos, que buscam novos conhecimentos e alinhado com o nosso propósito: "Transformar pessoas e organizações através da cultura de planejamento".Inscreva-se e venha fazer parte do time Planit!!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesFiscalizar o cumprimento das normas de higiene, saúde e segurança do trabalho, em conformidade com a NR-18, possuindo autorização do cliente para interromper imediatamente qualquer atividade que represente risco à integridade física dos trabalhadores ou de terceiros;Realizar auditorias, inspeções de conformidade, avaliações gerais de riscos e demais análises relacionadas à Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente (HSE);Fornecer orientação técnica diária e suporte aos programas de HSE, atuando junto às equipes operacionais e à liderança da obra;Manter, revisar, auditar e atualizar, quando necessário, os requisitos legais aplicáveis às atividades desenvolvidas;Atuar de forma preventiva por meio de inspeções de campo, identificando condições inseguras, apontando riscos e propondo soluções adequadas;Garantir o cumprimento rigoroso dos procedimentos, normas de segurança, organização e requisitos ambientais estabelecidos pelo cliente;Participar ativamente da elaboração e revisão das Análises Preliminares de Risco (APR) de todas as atividades da obra;Aplicar e orientar o cumprimento das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) relacionadas aos principais riscos ocupacionais, incluindo trabalho em altura, movimentação e içamento de cargas, trabalhos a quente (oxi-acetileno), escavações e operação de máquinas e equipamentos;Realizar a liberação de serviços rotineiros e especiais em conjunto com os encarregados responsáveis;Coordenar e conduzir os Diálogos Diários de Segurança (DDS) com as equipes da obra;Identificar desvios de segurança, acompanhar as correções e assegurar a implementação das ações necessárias;Desenvolver, monitorar e acompanhar planos de ação para tratamento de não conformidades e desvios identificados durante a execução da obra;Elaborar relatórios de inspeção, auditoria e acompanhamento, conforme cronogramas e procedimentos estabelecidos;Centralizar e reportar todas as informações relacionadas à segurança, saúde e meio ambiente ao líder de projeto designado pelo cliente. Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação técnica completa em segurança do trabalho;Experiência em ambientes industriais;Capacidade comprovada de planejar, organizar e executar estratégias de HSE em processos operacionais, com zero acidentes e incidentes;Conhecimento do pacote MS Office; (Principalmente Excel);Ter habilidade de comunicação e conduzir reuniões com diversos níveis hierárquicos;Ter disponibilidade para atuação presencial em Mogi das Cruzes.Informações adicionaisContratação: PJPrazo: 12 mesesLocal de atuação: Mogi das Cruzes.
