Estamos conduzindo um processo seletivo confidencial para a posição de Técnico(a) de Segurança do Trabalho Sênior, em empresa de grande porte do setor industrial.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Atuar como referência técnica em Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho;Garantir o cumprimento das normas regulamentadoras e requisitos legais aplicáveis;Liderar investigações de acidentes, incidentes e desvios críticos;Elaborar e revisar documentos técnicos de SST;Conduzir análises de riscos e apoiar a tomada de decisão das lideranças;Apoiar auditorias internas, externas e fiscalizações;Monitorar indicadores e desenvolver planos de ação para melhoria contínua;Fortalecer a cultura de segurança por meio de treinamentos, orientações e ações preventivas

Requisitos e qualificaçõesCurso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho;Registro profissional ativo;Experiência consolidada em SST no segmento industrial;Vivência com gestão de programas legais, auditorias e investigações de acidentes;Conhecimento avançado das Normas Regulamentadoras e legislação de SST;Desejável:Experiência no monitoramento de ESocial.Familiaridade com os sistemas SAP/Senior.Informações adicionaisBuscamos um perfil que possua: Forte domínio técnico da área;Facilidade para resolução de problemas;Proatividade e senso de dono;Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;Capacidade de influenciar e trabalhar em parceria com diferentes áreas.  Local de atuação: Região Metropolitana de Curitiba/PR Oferecemos salario compatível com o mercado, horario de trabalho ADM flexível em banco de horas e beneficios atrativos.
