Responsabilidades e atribuições1. Visita posto de trabalho e/ou fábrica Coordenar inspeção periódica na fábrica, juntamente com os donos de áreas e manutenção, para levantamento dos riscos e tratativas, dentro do sistema de SSO.2. CIPA Apoiar o presidente da CIPA durante as reuniões extraordinárias e ordinárias, direcionando a tratativas e funcionamento na prevenção de acidentes. 3. Brigada de emergência Apoiar o coordenador da brigada de emergência durante as reuniões e simulados extraordinárias e ordinárias, direcionando a tratativa e funcionamento na prevenção de acidentes e combate à incêndio. 4. ASO; Médico; ESocial Gestão saúde ocupacional, coordenar a agenda do médico do trabalho, confeccionar os ASO’s e agendamento para exames complementares. Após atendimento lançamento via sistema e social. 5. Gestão de afastados / restrições Recebimento de relatório médico com as restrições; Apuração via médico do trabalho semanalmente e controle através de atendimento e exames complementares. 6. Comitê Operacional Coordenar a realização do comitê operacional, apresentação dos indicadores da unidade, fotos das mobilizações e eventos realizados, e verificação efetividade das ações. 7. Treinamentos Realizar treinamento referente as normas regulamentadoras; e treinamentos de conscientização focados em ação de saúde ou investigação de acidentes.8. Plano de ação acidentes Realização do comitê de investigação de acidente; Controle das ações levantadas durante apuração.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos Desejáveis:Formação: Curso completo técnico em segurança do trabalho; Conhecimentos Específicos/Técnico ou funcional; Pacote office intermediário a avançado;Certificação para habilitação e treinamento das normas regulamentadoras.Vivência com o sistema sênior e Obra Soft;  NR’s;Normas do corpo de bombeiros de SP, MG e SC; Higiene Ocupacional;Sistema Sênior;Informações adicionaisVale-refeição/vale-alimentaçãoTelemedicinaWellz (programa de saúde emocional)Wellhub (academias e bem-estar)Universidade Tirolez (capacitação e desenvolvimento)Arena do ConhecimentoSeguro de vidaDay off no aniversário
