Execução da Política de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho, de modo a proporcionar condições seguras de trabalho e um ambiente saudável para os empregados da empresa, em obrigatoriedade ao cumprimento as Normas Regulamentadoras do Ministério do Trabalho. Realizar a integração de colaboradores. Conferir documentações e realizar fiscalizações das empresas contratadas, prestadoras de serviços. Desenvolver ações educativas na área de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho com intuito de disseminar uma Cultura Prevencionista. 

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDisseminar e fazer cumprir as normas e políticas de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho, promovendo treinamentos, campanhas e ações preventivas.Realizar inspeções em campo, identificar riscos, orientar sobre medidas de prevenção e emitir relatórios técnicos.Fiscalizar o uso correto de EPIs, equipamentos de combate a incêndio e demais medidas de segurança.Realizar integrações, treinamentos e campanhas de SST, incluindo prevenção de acidentes e incêndios.Registrar e acompanhar atestados, acidentes de trabalho, CATs e investigações de acidentes, acompanhando as ações corretivas.Acompanhar e garantir a conformidade de empresas terceirizadas com as normas de SST e documentação obrigatória.Apoiar a CIPA, SIPAT e demais programas de prevenção.Controlar e acompanhar exames ocupacionais e PCMSO, incluindo agendamentos.Apoiar a elaboração, implementação e acompanhamento de PGR, LTCAT, PCMSO e demais documentos e programas de SST.Manter a documentação de SST e eventos do eSocial atualizados, além de organizar arquivos físicos e eletrônicos.Realizar fiscalização periódica nas obras e frentes de trabalho, identificando desvios e garantindo o cumprimento da legislação e das normas regulamentadoras.
