Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar suporte para manutenção de ativos de TI, controle de acessos aos sistemas informatizados, gestão de empréstimos e instalação de softwares para os usuários internos da SoftExpert.Realizar a operação dos serviços de TI prezando pela qualidade, desempenho, segurança e disponibilidade.Criar, divulgar e acompanhar o cumprimento das normas e procedimentos da empresa.Apoiar na definição de políticas de segurança e realizar monitoramento do uso dos recursos.Requisitos e qualificações Conhecimento em atendimento e suporte de TI, tanto em hardware quanto em software.Conhecimento técnico em sistemas operacionais e configurações de equipamentos.Capacidade de diagnóstico e resolução de problemas.Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, com habilidade para explicar soluções de forma clara e objetiva.Inglês avançado ou fluente.
