Executar rotinas de maior complexidade da área de TI da empresa, orientando os colaboradores e usuários dos sistemas compartilhados, realizando monitoramentos de sistemas e manutenção de hardware, bem como garantindo a segurança da informação. Ser agente de desenvolvimento dos demais colaboradores do setor de Tecnologia da Informação.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGarantir que as máquinas e acessórios da empresa estejam em boas condições de funcionamento, bem como realizar solicitações de compras sempre que necessário;Prestar suporte ao cliente/usuário e colaboradores, orientando e sanando dúvidas acerca da utilização de hardwares e softwares;Atualizar sistemas em estações de trabalho;Controle de mídia e empréstimo de equipamentos e acessórios de informática (notebook, câmera, pendrive);Executar rotinas de backup/restauração;Cadastrar e restabelecer a normalidade dos serviços em estações de trabalho e notebooks;Cadastrar os serviços aos incidentes/solicitações no software coordenador;Orientar o suporte aos usuários de software, hardware e sistemas;Preparar equipamentos nas salas de reunião (notebook, audioconferência, videoconferência, wireless);Recebimento de materiais;Controlar de estoque de periféricos;Garantir a atualização do inventário de equipamentos;Realocar hardware (estação de trabalho e extensão);Instalar software padrão nas estações de trabalho e notebook;Classificar os atendimentos de acordo com a prioridade, impacto e categorias definidas no portal de serviços;Fornecer suporte presencial, conforme necessidade e dificuldade do usuário;Apoiar e orientar os usuários na utilização das ferramentas de microinformática da contratante;Atuar nos incidentes o mais breve possível para o restabelecimento dos níveis normais de serviço;Escalonar chamados para outros profissionais, quando necessário, e acompanhar a sua resolução, monitorizando os níveis de serviços prestados;Realizar quaisquer outras atividades inerentes ao serviço de atendimento e suporte técnico em microinformática.Requisitos e qualificações Ensino médio completo;Experiência com suporte técnico remoto e/ou presencial a usuários;Conhecimento em sistemas operacionais Windows e Linux;Conhecimento em hardware, redes (TCP/IP, DHCP e DNS), softwares aplicativos e segurança da informação;Familiaridade com ferramentas de suporte técnico e atendimento a usuários.
