O QUE ESTAMOS BUSCANDO:Alguém para fazer parte do nosso time de Manutenção da fábrica de Maranguape-CE, que será responsável por executar e registrar manutenções preventivas e corretivas mecânicas e elétricas das máquinas, visando o funcionamento eficiente e adequado, além de sugerir e executar melhorias. Inspecionar os equipamentos e componentes sob sua responsabilidade, identificando oportunidades e necessidades de manutenção. Montar e desmontar equipamentos mecânicos e elétricos, contribuindo para a eficiência e modernização do parque industrial. Instalar, manter e reparar sistemas integrados elétricos e mecânicos, garantindo a operação contínua, segura e eficiente dos equipamentos industriais. Registrar ocorrências de manutenção para formação de histórico e suporte à análise de falhas. Atuar diretamente no ambiente produtivo, envolvendo atividades de manutenção, automação industrial e melhoria de processos, contribuindo para a disponibilidade dos ativos e redução de falhas e paradas. Especificar componentes para aquisição e suporte às atividades de manutenção.Trabalhar em conformidade com as normas de organização, limpeza e segurança.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO QUE VOCÊ VAI FAZER:Desempenhar atividades eletromecânicas, localizando defeitos em máquinas operatrizes, equipamentos, painéis de controle, redes transmissoras, motores, pesquisando as causas e testando seus componentes mecânicos ou elétricos, utilizando-se diagramas das instalações, voltímetro, amperímetro e demais aparelhos e instrumentos adequados, para execução de manutenção preventiva e corretiva.Executar e registrar manutenções preventivas, corretivas e preditivas em equipamentos mecânicos e elétricos, assegurando o funcionamento adequado e a eficiência operacionalRealizar inspeções técnicas em máquinas e componentes, identificando desvios, oportunidades de melhoria e necessidades de intervençãoDiagnosticar falhas por meio de testes, medições e análise de sistemas elétricos e mecânicosMontar, desmontar, instalar e ajustar equipamentos industriais, contribuindo para a confiabilidade e modernização do parque fabrilAtuar na instalação, manutenção e reparo de sistemas integrados eletromecânicosExecutar rotinas de manutenção preventiva (inspeção, lubrificação, substituição de componentes e ajustes)Utilizar instrumentos de medição, ferramentas específicas e leitura de diagramas técnicosRealizar testes funcionais após intervenções, assegurando a liberação segura dos equipamentosRegistrar ocorrências e intervenções em sistemas de manutenção, contribuindo para o histórico e análise de falhasApoiar iniciativas de melhoria contínua, visando aumento de disponibilidade e redução de paradasEspecificar componentes e materiais para aquisição e suporte à manutençãoAtuar em conformidade com normas de segurança, organização e limpeza da áreaRealizar outras atividades correlatas à sua função e aos procedimentos do seu processo de trabalho, conforme necessidade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO QUE ESPERAMOS DE VOCÊ:Curso técnico completo em Eletromecânica, Mecatrônica ,Elétrica+Mecânica , ou áreas correlatas.Experiência com manutenção eletromecânica em ambiente industrial.Conhecimento em sistemas elétricos e mecânicos aplicados a equipamentos industriais.Leitura e interpretação de diagramas elétricos, desenhos técnicos e manuais de equipamentos.Experiência com manutenção preventiva, corretiva e inspeções técnicas.Conhecimento em componentes industriais como motores elétricos, redutores, sistemas pneumáticos e hidráulicos.Noções de automação industrial (CLP, inversores de frequência, sensores).Experiência com registro de atividades e utilização de ordens de serviço ou sistemas de manutenção.Disponibilidade para trabalhar 1º, 2º ou 3º turno.Vivência na mesma função ou similar em indústria de médio e grande porte.
