Aqui somos comprometidos com a excelência, inovação e crescimento o que nos impulsiona a estar entre os melhores hospitais do país!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES: Orientar as atividades relacionadas a nutrição clínica, ou produção, responsabilizando-se e recebendo ou transmitindo informações pertinentes na passagem de plantão através de ferramentas pré-estabelecidas que garantem comunicação efetiva;Atualizar os mapas, antes do preparo da dieta enteral e suplementos e lançar na conta do paciente os insumos por ele consumidos, na ausência do auxiliar administrativo;Solicitar a manutenção de reparos que se façam necessários durante o plantão noturno; Atentar criticamente à segurança e ao controle de infecção através de protocolos, POP's, uso de EPIS, planilha de temperatura de equipamentos, limpeza do ambiente, tempo de procedimentos e diluição de produtos químicos, garantindo que todos os fluxos estabelecidos na unidade referentes a nutrição sejam cumpridos rigorosamente;Registrar e comunicar à chefia imediata de produção qualquer desvio de qualidade , e se necessário iniciar o plano de contingência;Acompanhar copeiro no porcionamento de refeições, na organização dos carrinhos térmicos e na distribuição de todas as refeições; Monitorar o recebimentos dos insumos, verificando a qualidade dos alimentos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação:Técnico em nutrição e dietética;CRN ativo.Competências Técnicas :Noções de Atendimento ao Cliente;Usuário Office-MS.Informações adicionaisO que temos para você:Plano Odontológico;Vale Refeição;Vale Transporte;Seguro de Vida.E ainda:Prêmio Assiduidade.
