Prestar apoio a cada necessidade e programações relativas a alimentação e nutrição, objetivando o fornecimento adequado aos pacientes pediátricos.Horário: Plantão 12X36 - 19h às 07h - Plantão Par em Setembro.Salário: R$ 2.409,00.Benefícios:

Cartão presente Natal. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar atividades que possibilitem a promoção, manutenção e recuperação da saúde humana, por meio do monitoramento dos processos de produção de fórmulas lácteas e não lácteas;Prestar apoio no processo de fiscalização da produção das fórmulas lácteas e não lácteas, se atentando a cada necessidade e programações relativas a alimentação e nutrição, objetivando o fornecimento adequado aos pacientes pediátricos;Realizar a impressão de todos os Mapas que se fizerem necessários no período de trabalho (Técnica noturna), conferindo-os para liberar para o setor de manipulação e imprimir as etiquetas nutricionais para identificação das dietas a serem liberadas;Acompanhar os processos de manipulação das fórmulas lácteas e não lácteas realizadas pelos auxiliares de nutrição (lactaristas), obedecendo às normas sanitárias vigentes e atuando em regime de plantões em feriados e finais de semana;Avaliar e emitir checklist sobre as características sensoriais, controles de sobras e desperdícios e controle das mamadeiras retornáveis;Supervisionar as atividades de higienização ao ambiente, equipamentos e utensílios, objetivando a segurança alimentar e difusão das técnicas sanitárias;Levantar, aplicar e orientar métodos de esterilização dos recipientes, utensílios, ambiente e equipamentos previamente estabelecidos pelo Nutricionista;Preencher as planilhas de controle diário do setor e acompanhar se o processo de higienização está sendo realizado de forma adequada;Elaborar os mapas de conferência de entrega de dietas em todos os horários;Acompanhar o processo de distribuição das fórmulas lácteas e não lácteas nos setores pediátricos.Participar dos processos de controle de custos de serviços do lactário, prestando suporte a análise e decisões do superior imediato;Buscar dados para auxiliar a nutricionista supervisora no lançamento dos indicadores pertinentes ao setor; Executar outras tarefas correlatas, de mesma natureza e nível de complexidade, mediante solicitação de sua gerência e/ou dos Nutricionistas.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino

Técnico em Nutrição e Dietética, com formação em Escola regulamentada pela Lei Nº 9.394 de 20/12/96.
