A SLC Agrícola, uma das maiores produtoras de commodities agrícolas do país, está em busca de um Técnico De Operações Agrícolas SR para atuar no planejamento, acompanhamento e controle das operações agrícolas, garantindo a execução das atividades de plantio, adubação, preparo de solo, aplicações e colheita, apoiando o Coordenador de Lavoura na gestão operacional, de equipes e de recursos, com foco em segurança, produtividade, qualidade e eficiência.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar o Coordenador de Lavoura no planejamento e execução das operações agrícolas.Acompanhar e orientar as atividades de preparo de solo, plantio, adubação, pulverização e colheita.Realizar o monitoramento operacional das frentes de trabalho, assegurando o cumprimento dos padrões técnicos e de qualidade.Apoiar a gestão das equipes operacionais, distribuindo atividades e acompanhando o desempenho das operações.Garantir o uso adequado de máquinas, implementos e insumos agrícolas.Monitorar indicadores operacionais, consumo de insumos, produtividade e eficiência das operações.Realizar registros de campo e reportar informações técnicas e operacionais ao Coordenador de Lavoura.Acompanhar a manutenção preventiva e corretiva dos equipamentos agrícolas em conjunto com a área responsável.Zelar pelo cumprimento das normas de Segurança do Trabalho, Meio Ambiente e procedimentos internos.Contribuir para a identificação e implementação de melhorias nos processos agrícolas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação: Técnico Agrícola ou áreas correlatasExperiência: 2 anos na área de atuaçãoInformática: Informática básica CNH: "AD"Informações adicionaisOferecemos programas de desenvolvimento, oportunidades de crescimento e ações voltadas para a qualidade de vida, vinculados aos nossos valores e cultura.
