Executar atividades de instalação, manutenção, inspeção e diagnóstico em sistemas de refrigeração, climatização e HVAC, assegurando disponibilidade, eficiência, segurança e condições ambientais adequadas às áreas industriais e administrativas, em conformidade com procedimentos internos, requisitos de qualidade e normas aplicáveis.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Executar manutenções preventivas, corretivas e preditivas em sistemas de refrigeração, climatização e HVAC, conforme planos, procedimentos e ordens de serviço; Diagnosticar falhas mecânicas, elétricas e de controle em chillers, unidades de tratamento de ar, fan coils, splits, sistemas VRF, câmaras frias, compressores, condensadores, evaporadores, bombas e demais equipamentos de refrigeração; Realizar inspeções, medições e testes de temperatura, pressão, corrente elétrica e demais parâmetros operacionais, identificando desvios e executando os ajustes necessários; Executar atividades de detecção de vazamentos, recolhimento e carga de fluido refrigerante, vácuo, limpeza de circuitos, troca de filtros, componentes e demais intervenções técnicas dentro de sua habilitação; Interpretar diagramas frigorígenos e elétricos, desenhos técnicos, manuais, especificações e documentação de equipamentos para apoiar diagnósticos, intervenções e melhorias; Apoiar instalações, modificações, comissionamento e partida de equipamentos e sistemas de refrigeração e climatização, verificando funcionamento, alarmes, intertravamentos e dispositivos de segurança; Monitorar e apoiar a manutenção das condições de temperatura, umidade e climatização das áreas atendidas, comunicando desvios que possam impactar pessoas, processos, produtos ou requisitos de qualidade; Registrar atividades em ordens de serviço e sistemas de manutenção, informando falhas encontradas, serviços executados, parâmetros verificados, componentes utilizados e tempo de intervenção; Participar de análises de causa de falhas recorrentes e de ações de melhoria voltadas à confiabilidade, eficiência energética, disponibilidade e vida útil dos sistemas de refrigeração e climatização;Cumprir procedimentos de segurança, bloqueio e etiquetagem de energias, Boas Práticas de Fabricação e demais requisitos aplicáveis, executando outras atividades correlatas dentro de sua competência técnica.Cumprir procedimentos de segurança, bloqueio e etiquetagem de energias, Boas Práticas de Fabricação e demais requisitos aplicáveis, executando outras atividades correlatas dentro de sua competência técnica.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação:

Curso Técnico em Refrigeração e Climatização completo ou áreas correlatas; Experiência:·       Mínimo de 02 (dois) anos de experiência em manutenção de sistemas de refrigeração, climatização e/ou HVAC em ambiente industrial.
