Estamos em busca de um(a) Técnico(a) de Segurança do Trabalho para integrar nosso time e contribuir para a promoção de um ambiente cada vez mais seguro, preventivo e alinhado às boas práticas de Saúde e Segurança do Trabalho no Grupo Digna.Nesta posição, você terá uma atuação dinâmica e próxima das nossas diferentes unidades e operações, acompanhando as rotinas de segurança, orientando colaboradores e lideranças e contribuindo para a identificação e prevenção de riscos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesComo será a sua rotina?Realizar inspeções e acompanhamentos de segurança nas unidades do Grupo Digna e operações;Identificar condições e comportamentos de risco, propondo medidas preventivas e corretivas;Orientar colaboradores e lideranças quanto às normas e procedimentos de Segurança do Trabalho;Apoiar a realização de treinamentos, integrações e campanhas de segurança no Grupo Digna e CSC;Acompanhar e apoiar a gestão de documentos, registros e indicadores de SST;Apoiar a investigação e análise de acidentes e incidentes;Acompanhar o cumprimento das normas regulamentadoras e demais requisitos legais aplicáveis;Contribuir para o fortalecimento da cultura de prevenção e segurança;Atuar em parceria com as áreas do negócio, buscando soluções que promovam segurança sem perder de vista a realidade das operações.
