Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponder pelo cumprimento de requisitos legais das NR´S.Elaborar e atualizar periodicamente procedimentos da área de Medicina e Segurança do trabalho.Implementar as atividades do cronograma do PGR.Gerenciar a execução dos exames periódicos (ASO).Checar o cumprimento das ações de segurança nas áreas, com base nos planos estabelecidos.Atuar de maneira preventiva, identificando, analisando e minimizando situações de riscos na empresa.Distribuir os equipamentos de proteção individual (EPI), inspecionar e cobrar sua utilização pelo trabalhador.Avaliar os acidentes do trabalho, elaborar CAT (Comunicação de acidente do trabalho), acompanhar o acidentado para atendimento médico.Avaliar os acidentes ocorridos, identificar causas e propor ações para evitar novos casos.Promover e ministrar treinamentos sobre segurança.Colaborar com a CIPA avaliando suas observações para soluções corretivas e preventivas de acidentes do trabalho.Acompanhar fiscalizações DRT (Delegacias Regionais do Trabalho), Corpo de Bombeiros.Elaborar plano anual de treinamento dos Brigadistas e Cipeiros e monitorar sua execução.Controlar a validade dos extintores e mangueiras de incêndio dos hidrantes da empresa.Verificar a funcionalidade dos sistemas de segurança contra incêndio, conforme cronograma.Atualizar os PPP’s (Perfil Profissiográfico Previdenciário) dos colaboradores.Elaborar relatórios e controles em geral.Requisitos e qualificações🔎 O que você precisa ter:Curso Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho com registro ativo no MTE.Pacote office.  Conhecimento nas Normas da ABNT (Associação Brasileira de Normas Técnicas) e Regulamentadoras.🌟Será um diferencial:Conhecimento em BI.Informações adicionais 🚀 Oportunidade de trabalhar em uma empresa em constante expansão🎉 Ações em datas comemorativas🍽️ Refeitório no local🛒 Vale-alimentação💙 Seguro de vida🚌 Vale Transporte🐾 Convênio PET🩺 Assistência médica 🦷 Assistência odontológica💰 Participação nos Lucros e Resultados🍼 Auxilio creche - Para as mamães 🎓 Parcerias com faculdade e escola de idiomas🤸 Ginástica Laboral🧠 PDE&I - Programa de Desenvolvimento Educacional e Idiomas👕 Dress code flexível🏋️ Programa TotalPassA Gertec não discrimina por motivos de raça, religião, cor, sexo, idade, deficiência não incapacitante para a função, nacionalidade, orientação sexual, identidade ou expressão de gênero, ou por nenhum outro motivo proibido pela legislação local.
