Se você quer trabalhar com propósito e fazer a diferença na vida das pessoas, seu lugar pode ser aqui.Somos uma rede que acredita no cuidado humanizado, na força do trabalho em equipe e no desenvolvimento contínuo de seus profissionais.Estamos em busca de profissionais para atuar na área/posição de Técnico (a) Segurança do Trabalho / SESMT, contribuindo para um atendimento seguro, humanizado e alinhado às melhores práticas.Aqui, você fará parte de um time comprometido com a qualidade do cuidado e a experiência do paciente, atuando de forma colaborativa e com foco contínuo em excelência.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesIdentificar, avaliar e controlar riscos ocupacionais, orientando colaboradores e gestores sobre medidas de prevenção e eliminação de riscos.Garantir o cumprimento das normas de Segurança do Trabalho em obras, reformas, ampliações, serviços terceirizados e atividades operacionais da unidade.Realizar inspeções de segurança, auditorias e investigações de acidentes e incidentes, propondo ações corretivas e preventivas.Ministrar treinamentos, integrações de novos colaboradores, Diálogos de Segurança e campanhas de conscientização sobre saúde e segurança.Coordenar e assessorar as atividades da CIPA, SIPAT e da Brigada de Incêndio, garantindo atendimento aos requisitos legais.Elaborar, emitir e controlar documentos de segurança, tais como APR (Análise Preliminar de Risco), Ordem de Serviço, CAT (Comunicação de Acidente de Trabalho), relatórios e indicadores da área.Realizar a gestão de empresas terceirizadas, incluindo análise documental, integrações e acompanhamento das atividades executadas.Controlar a entrega, utilização e reposição de EPIs, bem como acompanhar os equipamentos de combate a incêndio e atendimento a emergências.Emitir e auditar Permissões de Trabalho, assegurando a identificação e controle dos riscos envolvidos.Monitorar o cumprimento das exigências legais, da matriz de treinamentos obrigatórios e dos procedimentos internos de segurança.Acompanhar perícias trabalhistas e judiciais, prestando suporte ao departamento jurídico no levantamento de informações e documentos.Acompanhar indicadores da área, analisando resultados e propondo ações de melhoria contínua.Realizar simulados de emergência e promover ações voltadas à prevenção de acidentes, doenças ocupacionais e preservação do meio ambiente.Executar suas atividades em conformidade com as diretrizes de Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente da instituição.Observação: Conforme a NOR.DOR.085, respeitadas as proporções previstas, o ocupante do cargo deverá compor a Brigada de Incêndio da unidade, sendo necessária a realização do curso de brigadista, previamente ou quando disponibilizado pela instituição.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação; Ensino médio completo - Especialização em Técnico Segurança TrabalhoRegistro em conselho ou certificações específicas (quando necessário); MTE - ativo Experiência. Habilidade/Conhecimentos específicos: Normas Regulamentadoras da Portaria 3214/78 Mtb; Manuseio de Equipamentos para realização de Levantamentos de Exposição Ocupacional. Equipamentos de Prevenção e Combate Incêndio, facilidade em ministrar treinamentos.
