Será responsável por conduzir as atividades de campo por meio da aplicação de boas práticas agronômicas, gestão de equipes, planejamento e monitoramento das operações, além de promover o uso eficiente de insumos, máquinas, equipamentos e tecnologias agrícolas, contribuindo para o alcance das metas de produção e sustentabilidade do negócio.Você terá a oportunidade de atuar em uma empresa sólida e reconhecida, onde tradição e modernidade caminham juntas, e onde cada ação é valorizada como parte essencial do nosso crescimento.Se você busca um ambiente que estimula aprendizado contínuo, trabalho em equipe e a construção de soluções que realmente fazem a diferença, venha fazer parte do nosso time.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVocê será responsável por:Apoiar o planejamento e a execução das atividades agrícolas, garantindo o cumprimento do cronograma de plantio, tratos culturais e colheita.Acompanhar as operações de preparo de solo, plantio, adubação, pulverização e colheita, assegurando a qualidade e a eficiência dos processos.Monitorar o desenvolvimento das lavouras por meio de inspeções de campo, identificando pragas, doenças, plantas daninhas e deficiências nutricionais, propondo ações corretivas quando necessário.Contribuir para a definição e o acompanhamento das recomendações técnicas de fertilizantes, corretivos e defensivos agrícolas, garantindo a correta aplicação e o uso racional dos insumos.Controlar o consumo e o estoque de insumos agrícolas, assegurando conformidade com as normas ambientais, de segurança e as boas práticas agrícolas.Operar e/ou acompanhar sistemas de irrigação, monitorando a eficiência do uso da água e contribuindo para a otimização dos recursos hídricos.Utilizar tecnologias e ferramentas de agricultura de precisão para apoiar o monitoramento das operações e a tomada de decisões técnicas.Orientar, distribuir e acompanhar as atividades da equipe operacional, promovendo o cumprimento dos procedimentos técnicos, das normas de segurança e das boas práticas agrícolas.Apoiar o treinamento e o desenvolvimento da equipe de campo, contribuindo para o aumento da produtividade e da qualidade das operações.Registrar informações referentes às operações agrícolas, produtividade, utilização de insumos e demais indicadores, elaborando relatórios para acompanhamento dos resultados.Monitorar indicadores de desempenho agrícola, como produtividade, custos operacionais e perdas, propondo oportunidades de melhoria contínua.Atuar em conformidade com as políticas de qualidade, sustentabilidade, meio ambiente, segurança do trabalho e legislação vigente, contribuindo para a eficiência e a sustentabilidade das operações agrícolas.Requisitos e qualificações🎓 Formação: Formação técnica em Técnico Agrícola ou Técnico em Agropecuária, ou ensino superior em andamento ou concluído em Agronomia, Engenharia Agrícola ou áreas correlatas.🚗 Habilitação: CNH AB🛠 Conhecimentos técnicos: Conhecimento prático em manejo da cultura do café, leitura de lavouras, fertilidade do solo, nutrição de plantas, aplicação de insumos, mecanização agrícola, irrigação por pivô central, controle de indicadores produtivos, Excel e tecnologias voltadas à agricultura de precisão.🤝 Competências comportamentais: Perfil proativo, organizado e orientado para o campo, com postura prática, senso de dono, capacidade de tomada de decisão e resolução de problemas, comunicação clara, adaptabilidade, senso de urgência e habilidade para atuar em equipe e liderar operações.📍 Disponibilidade: 100% Presencial.🏙 Modalidade de trabalho: CLTInformações adicionais
