Auxiliar operacionalmente a regulação, para recursos ambulatoriais e urgência absoluta e relativa, auxiliar no monitoramento do translado de corpo para o SVO, prestando suporte no atendimento das demandas estabelecidas no âmbito da Diretoria Clínica e Administrativa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar atendimento telefônico, realizar teleatendimento, prestar suporte aos usuários da regulação, esclarecendo dúvidas, fornecendo informações pertinentes aos casos, orientando os usuários do sistema sobre forma de solicitação de recursos: tipo de ficha, referências, contra referências e remoções de pacientes;Recepcionar e registrar novas solicitações e alimentar o sistema operacional quando necessário;Monitorar informações/adendos que as unidades possam inserir no sistema e informar ao médico regulador;Identificar novas solicitações e encaminhar para os médicos reguladores de acordo com a distribuição das escalas;Efetuar o encaminhamento de solicitações pendentes do plantão anterior para os médicos reguladores do turno atual;Auxiliar operacionalmente o médico regulador em todas as etapas da regulação, desde o contato inicial e registro do caso até sua resolução;Interagir com o médico regulador na procura e orientação de recursos;Realizar os agendamentos considerando os protocolos, bem como a regionalização;Monitoramento das vagas de desistência para evitar a perda primária;Monitoramento da perda primária com as justificativas para alimentação dos relatórios de gestão;Acompanhar o CDR (Cadastro de demanda por recurso);Extrair relatórios do sistema e elaborar planilhas;Comunicar imediatamente níveis hierárquicos superiores, técnicos e administrativos, frente a situações que possam impactar os serviços de regulação;Garantir o repasse das informações e demais ocorrências de regulação e administrativas na passagem de plantão ao gestor imediato;Conhecer, incorporar e cumprir as normas preconizadas e exigidas pelo programa de qualidade institucional, reproduzindo a missão, visão e valores da Central de Regulação de Ofertas de Serviço de Saúde (CROSS);Recepcionar as solicitações de transporte de corpos, encaminhadas por e-mail pelo CEPOL;Registrar em sistema operacional informatizado as solicitações encaminhadas pelo CEPOL;Acionar e monitorar, via sistema de rastreamento o traslado dos corpos da origem para o SVOC, garantindo que todas as etapas do processo sejam cumpridas;Registrar em livro de passagem de plantão as ocorrências que possam impactar no desenvolvimento das atividades e rotinas da seção;Realizar as atividades segundo as determinações do gestor imediato e as normas estabelecidas pela Instituição.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Curso Informática a nível de usuário;Desejável Ensino técnico e/ou superior completo ou cursando em áreas relacionadas a saúde;Desejável experiência em atendimento na área da saúde.Informações adicionaisLOCAL DE TRABALHOCerqueira César (próximo ao metrô Clínicas)ESCALA12x36, das 7:00 às 19:00h
